First time using Cartridge People. My package was delivered but it had been tampered with and there were no cartridges inside. I received a quick and sympathetic response from Phil at Cartridge People who sent me replacements, no questions, no quibbles. Very impressed by this level of customer service.

Did not have long to wait before the call was answered. Phil was very pleasant and helpful both as to product knowledge, account details and payment when the credit card was not accepted. The service is why I continue to use Cartridge people

George was very helpful with trouble shooting advice after my compatible toner cartridge appears to have become blocked and was printing out very faintly. We don't know why the problem has got better but somewhere along the way the quality of print improved. I very much appreciate the support.

When order did not arrive after more than 2 weeks, Cartridge People declared it lost and sent a replacement - then 2 orders arrived within 4 days. Replacement was eventually returned. Because of where I live, their chosen carrier (Evri) do not deliver - orders have to be transferred to a local company and this takes (too much) time. Shout out to Chris (from C P) for his professionalism in sorting matters.

My delivery went missing in transit with Evri but Wiktoria sorted out a replacement promptly. Not ideal that the first consignment didn't arrive but always a good sign when customer service deal with an enquiry quickly and resolve the problem.

A cartridge failed to register on a Brother laser printer. We contacted through the website and in minutes a call came in from an engineer. He efficiently talked me through a reset procedure that fixed the problem. I was impressed with competent human contact. Excellent.

I purchased some cartridge people refillable ink bottles for my Epson Direct ET -2712 a couple of years ago as I was not sure how fast the inks would need replacing. When I eventually needed to refil the cyan ink I was disappointed to find that the lid was faulty and removed the dispenser at the same time. As my purchase was in the past I did not think there was anything I could do but I contacted Cartrdige people anyway in the hope they may be able to advise me how I might make it work.
I was absolutely shocked that the next day I received an answer from George explaining that all the cartridge people own products have satisfaction guaranteed and that as the bottle was faulty he could replace it or provide a credit note. George had even managed to trace my original order to ask if my address was still correct.
George then shipped me out a replacement ink bottle which arrived less than 48 hours after my initial contact (which was on a sunday). I did not realise that customer service like this still existed. I also asked George for advice on how I could dispose of the faulty ink bottle and he provided me with advise re returning empty bottles/ cartridges to the company. This again shocked me as the majority of companies do not take their environmental responsibilities seriously yet this company do. An altogether refreshing experience of proper customer service as it should be.

Aden was extremely helpful, courteous and quick to answer the telephone. The prices are always competitive too, with quick delivery - great service!

I have used Cartridge People on many occasions, mainly for Printer Toner, but also for Printers themselves. The service across the board has always been excellent both at point of sale and after sales.

This time I ordered 2 large toner packs for all colours, due to a special offer they were running.

Unfortunately, the postage sack arrived and several of the individual boxes were damaged, a couple very significantly. I called the following morning and spoke to Wiktoria, who very easily sorted out the issue by asking me to return the 4 boxes and she would immediately issue replacements. A postage label was in my inbox before the call finished.

Wiktoria also took ownership of the probability that at east one f the boxes, severally damaged, was loaded at their warehouse in this damaged state and not due to courier issues. She asked for photos of the damaged boxes and will take it up with the warehouse.

It was refreshing to speak to an operator with any business, that not only sorted out my problem, but accepted that they needed to do something extra at their end.

We all know that issues happen, especially with posting, but my view is, it’s what a business does when there is a problem. Both Wiktoria and Cartridge People excelled at putting a problem right, and at excellent timescales and, of course, great prices.

I will be back to Cartridge People when I am next needing Toner, which, BTW, is their own brand and at least as good as Brother at a fraction of the cost

When my C.P. ink cartridges were less than half used my Canon printer stopped working. No explanation in the little window, Just that I had to contact the manufacturers . Couldn't do anything with it. Pidgin English doesn't help either. Contacted Cartridge People for advice. George messaged instructions as to what might help. Didn't work so he offered to replace them F.O.C. even though they'd been on my shelf for a while before using. The new inks are working fine now.

Pleasant, friendly, well mannered people, willing to take time to sort things out.
You'll go a long way to find better service than that.

My Brother DCP L8410 printer has been idle since July 2025 as a result of a depleted yellow toner cartridge. I replaced the toner several times, but the message on the system was always "open the front cover, replace toner cartridge. Yellow". I contacted the online support via the Brother website, and attempted every troubleshooting idea I was given, but the problem persisted. I tried more troubleshooting ideas, all to no avail. On Friday the 31st of July 2026, [a whole year of not using the Brother printer!] I was in the process of buying a replacement print drum for said Brother printer, believing that it may be the culprit. However I paused and decided to contact the technical support because the Yellow replacement toner cartridge was purchased from Cartridge people. George responded to my request and asked me a couple of questions regarding the error, error code, flashing lights etc. and what I had done to solve the problem. I responded to the questions. He sent an email detailing another step I could take. I followed the guidelines and the idle Brother printer is now working perfectly. I can assure you that all future cartridges for my HP OFFICEJET PRO and Brother printers will be purchased form Cartridge people.

They force you to use their own brand cartridges. After I place the order for 2 cartridges (original), I had received a call from Cartridge People. She try to persuade me to use their own brand cartridges. I said NO. and than we received the cartridge the day after, and it had one original cartridge and one replacement (which is stated on the box). I rang to them and their staff said that all of them are original. And he is rude to said " how can you know the cartridge is not original?" And he requested us send a photo to him. After he received our photo, he still said that the cartridge is original. And than I requested a full refund. And he send us an email with all the guideline which is: "The packaging and inner seal/bag must be unopened, so they are in resaleable condition.

The item must also be packaged in an outer bag and the label for the return must be on the outer bag.

Please note, we will make a deduction to the amount refunded, up to 100%, if items do not meet the criteria above.
When returning, you must include a covering note which includes the following information:

Address
Order number GB260727-LA7495376
Contact telephone number."

Lucky I keep all the bag and did not open any of the products.

Very important is they do no provide a return label.

They just setting a long guideline to make you cannot return their products.

I will not go back or recommend to our friend.

Even they reply and explained to us but I still remind my review. I remember the picture is the blue package but not the white package and they explain I had ordered different. This is using the picture to confuse customer not honest way to make business.

I bought one of their own-brand laser printer cartridges for my HP printer. Works just as well as the official one (although the printer complains about it but that can be ignored) and cheaper than HP.
