Personal service and a high quality bargain
The friendly Elgin staff gave me time to browse and the manager could not have been more helpful in guiding me to exactly what I wanted, a high quality hardwearing carpet for a living room. The date for fitting the carpet and new underlay was easily sorted. Thanks as usual!

Very good product (vinyl floor covering for bathroom) well priced and no delays. Excellent, helpful staff, in store and home visit, and the fitters did a perfect job - clean, careful, accurate, arrived on time and very polite. Would use again and recommend to friends.

Spot On customer service and prices!
Exemplary customer service. I walked in with a swatch of carpet asking for something similar in colour and style. Although not on display they had the exact same carpet. Happy Days. After procrastinating for the last six months, I left with the carpet I wanted, 10mm of underlay and a date to fit it. I've done a lot of research and I left very happy. Explanations and price were excellent. Thank you Conor and staff from Elgin Carpetright.
