I have a rechargeable hot water bottle that was 18 months old and was not heating properly and appeared 'bloated'. I thought i had registered for the extended warranty but could not find the paperwork. I contacted Carmen explaining the issue and asked them to check about the warranty. I had a very prompt reply from Diane at Customer Services with apologies and offering a replacement item. This was no hassle free experience, and I am now just waiting to receive the new bottle.

I purchased a 2200W HAIR DRYER model c81231COP,I bought it in my local Tesco Store in Belfast. Got it at a great price only£11.00.It is great.I like it because its light weight and easy to use.Im so pleased with results after drying my hair with it.It also is compact enough to take on holiday.I highly recommend this hairdryer!!

A very quick response to my faulty product from the service team at Carmen ,from the moment of complaint to my replacement, it took less than a week to resolve. From an initial telephone call and a few subsequent email communication's everything was sorted in a professional manner.this is why I always prefer to buy British where possible, if any issues after sales are available.(and will be handled quickly). Thank you Carmen.

Love this Carmen rechargeable hot water bottle. So much safer than using boiling water and it stays hot for ages. Super convenient to just plug in and go. Would definitely recommend!

Easy i to use and light to hold

Was very dubious about a rechargeable hot water bottle, but after just one use, I am completely convinced.

5 hours is the stated expected run time and 9 hours later it was still warm in the bed. It heats up quickly and is genuinely a great product.

I've just purchased a grooming set.
So far I've not been able to understand the instructions.
I'll try again but I think I'll be taking it back.

I finally managed to sort it out. The product is now fine.
Confusing instructions made it difficult.

I received “shaving machine” from them, is not actually cutting the hair but is pulling out! What a horrible machine with plastic blade! Even a toy machine will cut my beard better! I waited few days to receive it and big disappointing!

Carmen hot water bottle- faulty after 24hr use. Customer services was shocking.

I contacted customer services as this electric hot water bottle (when working was fab) would no longer charge & there was a loose item in the water that I could feel. They were just not interested at all. Very poor customer support. Lack of interest, lack of intention to help, appeared to not be bothered at all then told me I had to go back to the retailer where I got it.

This poor service has put me off this item. I will no longer purchase items from this poor company. They’re not interested in their customers. If they can fob you off, they 100% will. 1/10……………. Very very poor. I am so disappointed ☹️

I bought Carmen rechargeable hot water bottle . I had just burned myself with ordinary water bottle. When I seen this I was impressed reviews where good on look again web site it's a catalogue company. It's a sealed unit so no leaks you can over charge as it cuts of automatically when charged. It was great for a disabled person. Then I noticed when water bottle was cold on my back I felt a bit wet. Water bottle had leaked. It's happend twice now and it has 3 years guarantee on it. I want to try another one but I don't want to get injured again. Is this what usually happens or can I exchange for another one. Although I am not happy about paying a delivery charge again as this is not my fault. It's a manufacturing problem. I have since been in touch with look again catalogue they don't have any left in stock to exchange. So I am hoping you have one that works. If not I will take it to trading standards. You state on box no leakage or scalding yet it's leaking when it goes cold. When it's warm it doesn't leak. Velvet gets wet once cold. This is not good for a disabled person. I would like to try another one to see if it's just a faulty one. I have had to change myself twice now.as been wet from water bottle. If your not going to change it what are you going to do for the inconvenience of leaking twice and me having to change my clothes this is not good for a disabled person. It could be dangerous if the water was warm. According to you it's a sealed unit . You say it don't leak or scald. I AWAIT your comments and if you don't I will take it to trading standards.

Awful products from an awful company that doesn’t provide any form of instructions within its box clearly by the other reviews on here, I’m gonna get no result from emailing them and no correspondence whatsoever!

I bought a Carmen six in one cordless screaming set. It arrived today. The first head was a nightmare to get off. The second one went on easy and now I can’t get a single different attachment on the end of it and it is being returned. I’m never buying another one of their products again it’s shameful the poor qualityand bad design coupled with the fact they offer no support whatsoever don’t buy their products

Noir travel dryer supposed to be covered by extended warranty. It has a loose part inside so is unsafe to use, contacted Carmen under the warranty, they replied on the second contact, asked for details, ignored the reply and sent me a customer satisfaction survey without indicating what would happen. Didn't reply to any further emails so remains unresolved.

Bought a rechargeable hot water bottle at Morrisons Warrington last February (it's now 5th October) .
Anyway I've obviously not used this product for probably six months.
So in theory I've got about six weeks use of it . Now it doesn't work.
I'm not happy at all.
