Voi da o stea doar pentru că nu pot da 0. Cea mai dezgustătoare experiență pe care am avut-o cu un curier. Aștept deja de o săptămână o livrare care se află la ei. Nu au o platformă normală, nimeni nu răspunde la e-mail, nici la numărul de telefon al curierului, ca să nu mai vorbim de robotul lor telefonic stupid. Nu știu cum o firmă ca aceasta poate să existe. O bătaie de joc totală.

Am cumpărat un produs de pe EMAG, iar următoarea zi se afla in depozitul Cargus din Galați. Am așteptat in zadar, după 10 zile apărea că tot in depozitul lor era. La telefon nu răspunde decât robotul, care nu te poate ajuta nicicum. Pe chat nu iti răspunde niciun agent de al lor, decât răspuns automat. A trebuit să cumpăr un alt produs, celălalt probabil că l-au furat ,,hoții " direct din depozitul lor. Fugiți cât vedeți cu ochii de această companie. O stea review e mult.

Worse services what I saw in Romania, I don't know how they are still existing... They are not delivering the packages after 4-5 days from the receiving date in their deposit... For all external/internal companies, please do not use them anymore.

No delivery after a whole week, it took 3 days to ship to Romania from DHL and from the Border to me it has been a week and nothing, no phone call.... Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I do NOT recommend

It not a contact to help with nothing. The robot from the support chat is unavailable for other help issues.
I was not informed about my package at all.
And they send me a sms with “Shipment…. is still waiting for you at the … Point, until the end of today.” It Monday! I just got this sms at 8! Not a single info about this prior.

They called me and told me that there's no available lockers and they asked for my address. I gave it to them and they returned the parcel without ever calling me within the same day. I tried calling them, but of course you can't get a hold of anybody because they strategically decided to do it on a Saturday. The level of incompetence is mind-boggling.

The worst courier service. I've been waiting for 7 days for a package sent from Oradea. I don't know when I'll receive it.
I was also notified via SMS of the delivery of another package, the courier did not come, now it appears that I requested the return.
The most unpleasant courier service.

Astept un colet de la Orange, orange mi-a comunicat ca a predat coletul sambata, Cargus l-a inregistrat in sistem marti, miercuri m-au anuntat ca livreaza joi, joi am primit mail si sms ca coletul este la curier, am vorbit la telefon cu curierul care mi-a confirmat ca ajunge pana in 13:30, este joi ora 17:00, nu am primit coletul, curierul nu mai raspunde la telefon deloc, la relatii clienti cargus nu raspunde nimeni, in chat astept de 30 de minute un agent.

Somehow they cannot estimate a timeslot for the delivery of a parcel in 2025. While other companies can give you a 2-hour time slot of delivery one day in advance. Terrible experience

Waited for a package just for them to simply dont even try to deliver.. now because of holidays, I have to wait more than I should. This company should be shut down asap

Exrem de neeriosi si nepasatori! Nu au call center. Daca ai vreo problema doar pe chat si daca ii presezi politicos sa gaseasca o solutie la problema ta, iti inchid chat-ul in nas.

I ordered a package from Temu, delivered by Cargus, and there was an error with the delivery address. I was told that Cargus cannot modify the address, and I, as the owner of a fully paid package, cannot change it either. I am constantly redirected between Temu and Cargus: Temu says Cargus can fix it, and Cargus says Temu can.

As a result, I am forced to travel 10 km to the Cargus depot just to pick up my package, which is very inconvenient. I hope both companies improve their process so that customers don’t have to go through this frustrating loop for a paid delivery.

Although I had two negative experiences with Cargus in the past, now I am writing about a positive experience. My small package was delivered as it was announced. The courier called me and I was not at home. He was kind and accepted to came later in the afternoon, when I was at home. Also, all my packages that I ordered to collect in the Altex store, while it existed in the Promenada Mall in Bucharest, were delivered quickly and with tracking. I suppose that Cargus improved its service.

Cargus poate fi descris in doua cuvinte: neprofesionalism si neincredere! Evitati pe cat posibil livrarile prin Cargus, din pacate eu nu am putut evita.

Absolute scammers. I’d rather not order something if I know Cargus are going to deliver it. Their delivery drivers are incompetent and there’s a general lack of competence.
