Zero accountability, zero intention to deliver, lied every day that the package will be delivered the next day. They never delivered.

I had 3 packages with them for a specific event. They lied i wasnt home 3 times and lied i have refused to pay for 2 of them that were marked as return, even tho both packages were prepaid, there was nothing to pay.

I have created numberless reports and requests, there is simply not possible to speak to a human, there are dysfunctional chat bots and very limited phone bots, limited as in they tell you where the package was last scanned, but it’s false and useless information.

Avoid at all costs. I had to repeat the order for one of the providers and for another i just had to buy overpriced from retail, to be able to function. A lot of drama and lost money, and improvisation were the cost of working with cargus.

Conclusion: never again

Coletul ambalat corespunzător, cu banda peste tot FRAGIL, a ajuns bucăți. Plătești comanda, plătești curierul si te alegi cu un morman de cioburi. Bani aruncați efectiv pe salariile voastre care nu va faceți treaba deloc.

Experiență foarte dezamăgitoare cu Cargus. Am comandat de la eMAG un aparat de aer condiționat cu kit de instalare. Deși termenul inițial de livrare era vineri, am primit doar kitul, nu și aparatul.
Am contactat serviciul clienți pentru informații despre colet, însă mi s-a spus că nu îmi pot fi oferite detalii și că trebuie să verific aplicația sau să trimit e-mail. Când am încercat să obțin explicații suplimentare, angajata cu care vorbeam mi-a închis efectiv telefonul în nas.
Între timp, termenul de livrare a fost modificat, fără explicații clare. Aveam deja programată montarea aparatului și nu am putut afla dacă produsul va ajunge la timp. Lipsa de comunicare, atitudinea față de client și modul în care a fost gestionată această situație au făcut ca experiența să fie extrem de frustrantă. Din păcate, nu pot recomanda acest serviciu.

I wish I could have the option of negative stars. Or perhaps to know in advance that my items will be shipped with this company. Let me explain. I bought the product from Poland. This means usually a 3 day trip to my country, in Romania. It made a 3 day trip to Romania, and after another 3 days I still don't have the package. In the Cargus tracking system appears it was out for delivery yesterday and then returned to the warehouse. I call in, they say the courier didn't find anyone at the address. I say, how come, I redirected the package in your system from 3 days ago to a collection point. Well, the courier didn't find this out, somehow. But wait, if he was looking for me at my home address, how come he didn't called me at all? I have no missed calls and the courier could be barely be contacted, he wont answer his phone until the next day. I suspect the whole story is just a big effing lie. A company to avoid.

Cargus entered the city incorrectly as Constanța, even though the address was correct at the retailer: Năvodari. They only called me after realizing they could not deliver to that street in Constanța. Because of this address-processing error, my delivery was unnecessarily delayed. Very poor experience and a lack of attention to delivery details.

Worst delivery experience. Most often than not the delivery is not successful but they never try. Blame is on the seller for not providing the address. Only headaches

Cele mai proaste servicii de transport!!!

Au curierii astia macar notiunea de distanta personala?! S-a si incalzit acum si ... mhhhh...
Nu pot sa inteleg la ce se gandesc oamenii astia, in loc sa vada imbunatatirile EVIDENTE pe care le-ar putea face extrem de simplu.

Abyssmal don't bother

Experienta foarte slaba cu Cargus, si din pacate nu este un caz izolat.

Colet TEMU cu adresa corecta:Str. Nu******r Dobroesti, Ilfov,
a fost procesat gresit si trimis pe Strada Nu******r din Sector 1 Bucuresti.

In tracking apare inclusiv mesajul:
“Wrong address: Unknown company at delivery address”.

Desi eroarea apartine clar procesarii logistice, coletul a fost apoi redirectionat la un punct Cargus SHIP & GO din Dragomiresti Deal, la mare distanta de adresa reala, obligand clientul sa faca drumuri inutile de 40–50 km prin traficul din Bucuresti pentru a-si recupera coletul.

Nu este prima experienta negativa:
am mai avut anterior un colet important din Spania, asteptat aproape 3 saptamani, care a fost trimis gresit la un depozit din Magurele. Cand am cerut redirectionare, solicitarea a fost refuzata si am fost practic pus in situatia de a pierde coletul daca nu merg personal dupa el.

Problemele par recurente:
-verificare slaba a adreselor,
-rutare gresita,
-suport clienti ineficient,
-lipsa unor solutii rezonabile pentru erorile proprii.

Foarte dezamagitor pentru o companie de curierat care ar trebui sa livreze coletele la adresa corecta, nu sa transforme clientii in propriii lor curieri.
Am mai avut o experir=enta similar anul trecut

Worst carrier service I have ever seen. Use literally anything else. I would get my package faster if I walked to Romania from Poland. Ridiculous.

Ridicarea coletului de la propriul lor punct de ridicare a durat 7 zile. Despre livrare nici nu mai vorbim.

De evitat. Am trimis un colet cu ramburs și mă lupt de câteva săptămâni să imi primesc banii. Banii mei. Destinatarul a plătit, ei au banii mei, dar nu mi-i dau. Simplu. Ei zic că investighează intern... Oribilă experiență și departament de suport total inutil.

Vrei sa primesti coletul platit din banii tai in locker ?
Nu ai nicio sansa !
Vei fi chemat la sediul lor, din afara Bucurestiului (Magurele) sa iti ridici inca odata pe cheltuiala ta coletul sub pretextul ca adresa a fost scrisa gresit de catre expeditor, sau ca tot expeditorul nu a trimis coletul peentru locker Am patit asta a treia oara !
Ar trebui sa dispara de pe piață !

The most embarrassing company. They charged me twice for an order, once with the card and once cash for the same order and they were going to return it to my account with the money withdrawn from the card. No one answers the phone for such problems, I make you talk to a robot that doesn't solve anything. And when a person finally answers your phone, it's a lady who was bothered during her lunch break or who knows.He spoke badly and hung up the phone 🤦🏼‍♀️😡

Horror!
He didnt pass to drop the colet and he sent message that he didn’t find me.
I called in the same minut 20 times and he didn’t answer.

This is the second time like this. DONT WORK WITH THEM!

Skandalicznie długi czas oczekiwania za produktem zakupionym na platformie Vinted, który i tak nigdy do mnie nie dotarł. Kontakt z tą firmą przez Messenger nawet szybki, tylko co z tego, skoro nie potrafią pomóc? Zaproponowali kontakt z obsługą Vinted. Wygląda na to, że takich przypadków jest bardzo wiele. Dlaczego nikt się nie rozprawi z tym dziadostwem?

the most horrible service ever,I was expecting a parcel from China ,first attempt to delivery it was on Monday at 19.40 called three time and than no possibility to call back ,next day,I've tried to call,.the client service is absolutely a mess ,nothing working ,all do I was in possession of a PIN code which should grant me access to info....after few hours ,the phone of the driver was on, unfriendly , a total leak of respect ,I asked him when does he plan to deliver I was told is not my business ,he will come when he can,.....there are more parcel delivery companies like Same-day and Fan-Courier .....but the last two are way more client centered, by the way the warehouse of Cargus is a complete mess ,dirty and difficult to access ...very bad experience ,never ever Cargus ,if I can choose ....HORRIBLE
