Don't let this company with fake…

Don't let this company with fake reviews scare you! If a historical debt is over 6 years old and you've heard nothing for that long, then it's written off! Don't let this company convince you otherwise. They can't do anything!

What is going on

I paid an old debt through arrow global Ltd. It’s showing on my credit file and paid and closed. Nearly a year later capquest start sending me recovery letters saying they aquired this debt may 2023 and the balance is outstanding. I’ve called three times and got told the payment history isn’t available so they are unsure if this debt is still outstanding but continue to send me letters about recovering the money while they investigate the issue and no one gets back to me

I am in the process of bettering my…

I am in the process of bettering my life but because of this debt I’ve had for nearly 30 years I am unable to apply for another loan until this last loan is resolved. Instead of helping me feels like Capquest are not bothered. How do you expect me to pay off over £3000 when I’m not even working?? Very unhappy customer. Mr naveed Shad

Spoke to a very helpful and…

Spoke to a very helpful and understanding customer advisor. However I appear to not be receiving any of their text messages and they did not have my updated address, only one from 2020 so I worry what would have happened had I not called then when I did!

SCAM!

SCAM!

This company wrote to my husband saying owed over £400 for an old credit card with RBS. Never banked with them!
Debt was dated back to 2002!
I called and was sushed at one point when I said can not chase a debt that old (over 5 years written off) and anyway he never had a card with RBS!
I called RBS and they confirmed this is a con.

I will be rasing a complaint and reporting to FCA.

Hmmm , parasites calling

Fairly recently ive received a letter with a atached letter from Capquest and Arrow ( never heard of either until now ) Their letters are dated mid last year and more recently this year but both in the same envelope

They seem to think ive got or had a credit card from a UK bank with a outstanding balance of XXX , this letter gives no further information however ive never banked or had any credit card from this bank at all . I have been at my current address for ten years or so .never had ANY letters at all from this bank or this sleazy low life 'Arrow ' debt purchasing
Should i just ignore ? But wonder how they got my address

THUGS AND BULLIES

Thugs at Capquest still refuse to do anything but bully and blindly believe their ''client'' who has no evidence of what they are instructing Capquest to collect. I sincerely hope this goes to court so they can pay the court fees and ruin whatever reputation they have and hopefully be put out of business. They'll continue to get a daily 1* review until they sort and apologise
