I went to CAS in Regina and was able to see the type of refrigerator we had chosen online…..not exactly the same model, but close enough to see what the inside actually looked like. Mayank was very helpful in showing me what I wanted and no pressure to look at something else, They had stock in our area and I was able to get one quickly……Most other stores here had no stock for 4-6 weeks. I was happy to be able to get the refrigerator we wanted instead of settling for something else. I was also offered a better deal over other retailers. Happily, it was delivered yesterday and is working great…even have a few ice cubes already!!

I was told my induction cooktop would be in Calgary on July 25th and I would be able to pick it up from Regina on August 5th but I got a phone call today saying it should be in Regina on August 13th. Waiting now to see if it gets here then or not.

I shop online, and the staff who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and his name was Mr. Zoheb Baradea, he is more patient to answer all of my questions. As well as the delivery guys, though I’m not around that time, they are more helpful and friendly and the delivery was earlier than I thought.

Washer move
The guys moved the washer in really well and removed our old one.
The only thing to mention is that they left cardboard on the lawn, and a piece of styrofoam and plastic strapping on the street .., not great for the environment.

Very helpful staff
After searching pricing online for the exact model I wanted, they had the best price. After discovering the long wait time, I was able to switch to a slightly different model, and the rep was able to get my fridge on the truck for the very next day (even though I phoned late). Excellent service provided which prevented me from losing an entire fridge full of food.
