The salesman guaranteed me that my…
The salesman guaranteed me that my existing dryer pedestal would work for my new LG Dryer. I would be responsible for removing the old dryer from the pedestal which I did. The delivery guys were excellent and informed me the pedestal would not work. When I went back, the salesman was not there, another person told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get me one and I would have to pick it up. I went to Home Depot and ordered one which will delivered to my house in one week. I have bought a fridge, stove and dryer from CAS and will not buy anything more!

Terrible service and delivery
The review is not about the appliances, it's about the poor service and delivery. We bought a washer and dryer paid for delivery. The delivery was awful, they nearly dropped the washer and dryer. Just dropped it in the basement, no attempt to put them where they belonged, dropped the washer on the piping near the floor and almost bent it. They were uppised to hook it up which they didn't even have the equipment to hook it up. Lied and said they would return either the next day or the day after that. We tried to call multiple times and were told by the person that they would call back which they didn't. Ended up going in to find out what happened. When I finally spoke to the 1 person who was apparently qualified to answer(person we bought the appliances from) he told us we had to pick it up ourselves. I mentioned tha5 I thought someone should come out and rectify this. He said I would have to wait another 2 weeks. We had already waited over a week to get the appliances then another week to get the hoses WHICH if we wanted them we had to pick up ourselves. His other solution was that we buy the hoses ourselves and he might be able to "credit" us that. We asked for some sort of compensation for the terrible service and lack delivering in their promises. He refused. We went to this place to try it out and give a newer business our sale.... never going here again. Don't waste your time!

Raj is an excellent sales person. He listened to our intentions of the appliances we searched and asked about. His knowledge and patience was appreciated.
The only reason for the 4 star experience is due to the delivery. There really should be a better way of communicating the delay. Our first delivery with the stove and fridge was great! The dishwasher delivery was not desirable due to lack of communication from the delivery company. The employees who delivered the appliance said they couldn't contact us because they aren't paid to use their cell phones. Very poor way of doing business. This created a lot of anxiety as we had someone here waiting to connect the dishwasher. We were paying for labour not knowing what is happening with our delivery.
