Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Delivery was exceptional
Delivery was exceptional. Independent company was awesome to deal with.
After delivery stove has an oil on it and needs to be burnt off, after our home filled with smoke, we shut off the stove. no help from CAS they just transferred us to manufacture and were done. Left two voice messages no return call. Very disappointing. Stove has a crack in front grill, again, call manufacture we can't do anything. Wow. Last time I deal with this company. After replying to an email I did receive a call back and again told they can't do anything call manufacture. Not the service I would expect.

Pavneet Kaur made the shopping experience a joy. Who the heck wants to spend time looking for the right appliance for the home? I could spend hours shopping for a new sound system or a bike. I am not interested in appliances, and lucky for me I met Pavneet on CAS. Not only did she point out that what I wanted was too big for my space, she gave me the best recommended front load stackable appliance for my condo unit. AND she managed to arrange delivery timing that accommodated my building's policy for booking service elevators.
In short, great price, inventory in stock, fast delivery, amazing installation, and seamless communication.
I had no idea I was working with someone in the Regina SK location. I have a feeling Pavneet's knowledge extends beyond laundry appliances.

From the first point of contact when shopping for a new washer and dryer, I was greeted by friendly staff that helped assist with my questions. Left me to browse and was not pushy at all, which was refreshing. The price point matched other competitors and from the closing of the sale, to an accurate delivery schedule to a perfect set up and removal process we couldn't be happier and we will return for future purchases.

Fridge came exactly when I was told it would be delivered. They call first to let you know when they will arrive. The delivery people were polite and careful when they carried it in and also when they removed the old one. My experience with CAS was very positive and I will likely purchase from them in the future.

The delivery time was off by a week
The delivery time was off by a week. Some of appliances didn’t fit as well as they should have. The back of the fridge is bubbled so it sticks out.
