Dealing with salesperson was very good. Arranging for delivery was a AGGRAVATING HASSLE. When delivery did occur, the delivery guys were excellent.

Said in stock, took deposit, and it wasn't.
Specifically called and asked to make sure fridge was in stock, needed one that day, sales rep said yes and that it would be ready for pickup. Put $1000 deposit down with credit card, started driving the 1 hr drive, and made it half way before I got called saying nevermind, it's on a truck and would be in the following week. Needless to say I was not impressed and when I told them to cancel they didn't want to. Said I'd still want it after going to other stores so they would wait till the end of the day. All in all a disappointing experience, and went elsewhere to buy my fridge.

The supply and installation of a front-load washer.
The delivery of the Lg front-load washer and removal of the old washer were satisfactory. The installation needs improvement. My machine was left out of level despite two two tries. I took care of the leveling myself.

Worst Sales and Delivery
bought an appliances on this store and they didn't explain about Third party delivery. Delivery guys measured the entrance of basement door and they were confident to deliver it. While bringing fridge, washer, dryer.. they found hand rail is blocking and asked me to remove hand rail.. they promised there won't be charge. I called next day after removing hand rail..Transportation fee is $89.. this is absolutely cheating and Cas said I need to talk to delivery person. Delivery person says talk to sales..my appliances are in garage.. very much worried with money paid

Please note that our team was unable to complete the delivery because of the hand rail.
As such, they have to come back to complete the delivery.
Hence, the second delivery fee.

Professional efficient staff
Found what I wanted online. Confirmed by online chat that one was available to view at the Mississauga showroom. Greeted immediately by two very knowledgeable and professional employees on arrival. Was able to view the refrigerator. Closed the sale quickly and was offered next day delivery. Couldn’t have been easier or more efficient. Refrigerator arrived at 7:30am the next day! Exceeded expectation.
