The delivery was supposed to place the…
The delivery people were supposed to place the washer in spot and remove shipping bolts. This wasn't done, we balanced and hooked up the washer and it broke a tile on my floor due to the shipping bolts! I contacted customer service, they have not responded to this day.
Still waiting for the email to claim the broken tile.

Please be advised that the shipping bolts are to be removed prior to the appliance being installed.
We can see that our team did not complete installation and, as such, would not be responsible for the shipping bolts.
These are to be removed by the installer, by following the instructions in the manual.
Moreover, our records show that this appliance has been delivered since May 11th.

We went in looking for a new washing…
We went in looking for a new washing machine since ours broke that day. We were greeted by friendly and courteous staff who had answers for all the questions. They had a wide range of options for us. And multiple options for delivery dates. Machine was delivered and placed exactly where we had asked. We are very happy with the whole experience.

I had been online before entering store…
I had been online before entering store and also read many reviews and articles in regards to service/repair and longevity of appliances. I knew what make and model I was looking for when I attended your store. The associate shared that LG, a brand I did NOT want, actually is a very good brand. She then shared Maytag, a brand I did want, doesn’t have the esteemed quality it previously did as it was purchased by Whirpool (the brand I also wanted).
While looking at the Whirpool fridge the associate asked me if my new kitchen cabinets were “high enough” for a new model fridge (my previous one is 23 years old). I shared the fridge I had chosen in the showroom is the same height as my previous one and YES, we made accommodations for the new cabinets to have extended space. She proceeded to tell me it is NOT the same height that this new fridge is taller. I shared it is indeed the SAME size, I’ve had the previous fridge for 23 years and having to reach on top of it daily I know the height.
Bottom line…..don’t argue or call people out on instances that have NOTHING to do with your sale! If I had the time to shop elsewhere I would have left!!! I didn’t have the luxury of time and knew your store had the exact appliances I wanted so I continued with the sale
Delivery staff were absolutely AMAZING! They delivered to my home and my senior Mom received them. They treated her so well and went above and beyond! Thanks to them.

Your salesperson Alexander Cote
Your salesperson, Alex was great. The only drawback I had was not being able to physically see the washer that I was buying. However, Alex very kindly went through the online specs for me. He also explained the possible issues of another washer that I had been interested in. Your website indicated that products were in stock and available for next day delivery, however this was not the case for the one I chose. Friday purchase for Wednesday delivery was acceptable.

I would highly recommend CAS. The salesperson was very personable, helpful and informative. The delivery time was quick and the delivery people were amazing! Very competitive prices. As a property manager I'd dealt with them before and will continue to do so.

Alex!!!! What an amazing experience working with Alex. He was very knowledgeable, he listened to our needs/ wants from a financial, functionality and design perspective. He was personable and actively listened and took the time to ensure we knew all of our options.
