Nice display setup and no pushy salespeople. Abhi answered all my questions, listened to my needs and gave good suggestions for my new washer and dryer set. Looked up pricing beforehand and CAS was equal to or had better price than. Would recommend

Quick and easy ordering process
Website feels like a breeding ground for sales people. You can't look at anything without being pounced on by sales people trying to bargain with you. Sometimes you just need some time to look and compare.

We needed a new fridge delivered ASAP…
We needed a new fridge delivered ASAP in a rural area. We tried everywhere, and no-one had an appropriate fridge in stock that could be delivered in less than a week. Finally I started an online chat with Canada Appliance: the representative solved our problem and we got a perfect fridge delivered in three days at a good price. Thanks!

Great service, pricing, delivery!
Ordering was quick; pricing was competitive, and they had it in stock so I had it the next day. Cannot complain! Even the delivery service they used was good! Zero complaints!

Quick and Painless
The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy. The process to make a purchase was quick and the washing machine we bought was delivered to the store for pick-up when they said it would be. The pickup was also fast and efficient with proper care taken to load the washing machine into the back of my truck.

Disappointed and frustrated.
It was easy to order on line and the delivery was to be very quick but the expectations to prepare the old stackable washer/dryer were beyond me. I struggled to move the 350 pound unit out from the wall in order to disconnect the electrical and plumbing. I couldn't budge the hot water and cold water connectors. I contacted the sales person to tell him of my difficulties and he told me to hire someone to do it. He then reminded me that it was my responsibility to remove the dryer unit from on top of the washer. I am 73 years old. The washer/dryer is in a small room that is no more than 5 feet wide. There was no room to remove the dryer from on top of the washer even if I had the strength to do it. I decided I needed to cancel my purchase, which I did and then I went elsewhere to find a place to purchase a unit from a company who was willing to help me. My recommendation is that the Canadian Appliance centre have a service that is available for seniors or anyone else that is unable to do the physical preparation of the old unit before the new unit is delivered. I understand the liability issue but a service is needed for those unable to fulfil these physically challenging expectations. The company I finally purchased from was able to provide this service.

Finally got what I wanted!
Sales person is very patient. Delivery is prompt. Respond is quick. Used this no frills, simple, straight to the point appliance for 5 days already and bake a bread once. Cook top is fine orher than got to get used to the knobs setting. Oven temperature is recorded as per thermometer. If the item did not come with a small dent, I would have given it a 5 star. Most importantly the range works for me.
