No issues whatsoever throughout the process. We arrived already knowing what we wanted to order so, little time spent at the store. The salesman was very polite and helpful and handled the order quickly and efficiently. Delivery was 2 days later and was handled exceptionally well.

I called CAS and spoke with Yudish Rajaysur concerning a problem I was having with my Monogram Range. He immediately directed me to the appropriate person to speak with in order to get the problem resolved.

I had a last minute conflict of schedule with delivery and needed to reschedule. Mr. Vyapoory was very efficient and professional to accommodate my request although it was last minute. I have purchased a number of times in the past from CAS and I will keep purchasing from this group every time one of my unit has needs for appliances.

Today Aisha answered my call. She quickly and efficiently arranged for a post installation service call to level our newly delivered W/D centre. Delivery too had been efficient and the moving team was careful around furniture and doorways. I look forward to using our new W/D.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Canadian Appliance Sources (CAS) in Etobicoke, ON. Initially, I was hopeful after purchasing a fridge, and I was informed that it would be delivered in two weeks. Unfortunately, as that timeframe passed, I was told to wait over a month for delivery.
Feeling disappointed, I decided to cancel my order, which led to a further nine-day wait for my refund. Given this experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing CAS for their appliance needs.

I purchased 6 appliances from CAS for my new home. Samin was very helpful advising me with my options. Also answered my call promptly when I made changes to my choices.
I was having difficulty paying my acct online I reached Manousha who was very helpful in assisting me to complete my payment and confirm my delivery date.

I had two interactions with your customer service staff. It makes a difference when you talk to one who will totally shut you off even if you are trying to ask for help. This rep cannot and will not try to help you, in one way or another. She is limited to the training given to her and would not budge to even let me speak with her supervisor. I will not give this person's name just because I am nice. It was useless talking with her. I called again and was happy to find another staff who totally listened to me. I will write a separate review for her and give her a stellar review because she deserves it.

Nishta was very helpful and efficient in helping me complete my ordrer and schedule deliver (and take away of my old fridge).

Excellent service with telephone representative Paz! I called to move-up my pickup date and time and it was no trouble at all!!! Anyway, If Paz, and his phenomenal service is a reflection of the whole organization, I look forward to picking up my appliance later today! Thank you CAS for exceeding my expectations so far!
