Highly delighted..
We only joined last year, but are really pleased with them, the fitting was easy and the fitter was friendly, he even got to us early. Over the year we had no problems at all and look forward to the same continued good service this year. Thank you to all the Camping Connect team..

I want to sincerely apologise for the experience you’ve had. Please know that we never intentionally provide poor service to any of our customers, and we truly value your feedback. We always aim to deliver reliable service, and it’s disheartening to hear that we have fallen short in your case.
Outages can happen for various reasons, some of which are unfortunately beyond our control, such as external factors affecting the park’s infrastructure. However, we fully understand the frustration this causes, especially during the peak holiday season, and we would like the chance to put things right. We have tried to reach you for more information about your case and to identify the park and the specific problem so we can contact the park directly and investigate the issue thoroughly. Our goal is to identify and resolve the situation to prevent further disruption.
We are also puzzled as to why the park itself has not contacted us to express its concerns. We take pride in being responsive and proactive, and this is the first time we’ve been made aware of such a significant service issue with the WiFI or our customer services. While we are not suggesting that no issue exists, it probably does, we sometimes do not know unless customers talk to us due to the technical nature of the product and remote installation sites. We are committed to resolving it promptly, and again, we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
Regarding the interactions with our team, I am very concerned about your experience with what you described as “pedestrian” and “couldn’t care less” customer service. We work hard to train our staff to provide excellent service, and it’s upsetting to hear that this hasn’t been the case. I’d be grateful if you could let us know who you spoke with so we can provide additional training and coaching to ensure this does not happen again. Please be assured that no team member would ever knowingly offer subpar support, and we take this very seriously and only want to improve our team so that we can provide the best service we can.
We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to address the issue with the park and demonstrate that your experience is not reflective of our usual service standards. Once again, I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused, and I hope we can work together to resolve this.

Bought WiFi twice unsuccessfully.
Bought WiFi twice. Both time voucher not sent requiring call to support to resolve. They allegedly have a maximum 10 minute queue but we have been holding for 45 minutes and still not answered. I certainly would not recommend this company.

Another weekend away, another useless service
Once again, turned up on a site without internet connection. Told to log on to Camping Connect. I paid for premium fast service. Well, if that is fast, I wouldn’t want the slow. A total waste of time. I will find an alternative next year. I’ve wasted far too much money on Camping Connect

Camping Connect - an excellent partner to have!
Excellent customer service with decent speeds for all but the most bandwidth-hungry applications such as graphic intensive PC or console online gaming. Multiple mobile devices accessing general browsing and social media requirements is not a problem. Music and TV streaming and even video-calling such as Facetime or Facebook Messenger is taken in it's stride without buffering!
As a caravan owner, it allows me to offer my guests, reliable internet connectivity and is a great benefit to have!
I would definitely recommend Camping Connect to other caravan owners looking to subscribe to the service and wouldn't hesitate recommend Camping Connect to guests looking to purchase a temporary solution whilst on holiday to provide them with internet access - should their caravan not already come with internet access included.

Our mobile signal on site is none existant in Machynlleth, so when dad was diagnosed with cancer we needed a reliable service to continue to contact the oncology unit. Camping Connect allowed him to continue to travel to the caravan without having the addition worry of being without a signal. We can't thank Camping Connect enough for their quick and easy installation allowing those precious memories to be made during the little time we had left. When we had a recent problem, the communication via email was excellent the problem was explained and resolved quickly. Thank you would highly recommend to anyone considering Camping Connect

Camping Connect in-van Wifi is the only option
We use Camping Connect in-van Wifi, and it truly is the best service/connection we have had. We had it from our first caravan, and after several attempts at "hot spots" with our mobile connection and some very frazzled conversations on how it was useless, we contacted Camping Connect. They came and installed the router and honestly, it was the best decision we ever made. We have since moved and upgraded our caravan, but installation of Camping Connect was top of our priority list to do. I would honestly, hand on heart, recommend Camping Connect to anyone. It's not even expensive - compare it to what you would pay for a mobile service with potential loss of connections - Camping Connect every time, great service and great connection

Definitely recommend.
We use camping connect at our caravan in Morfa Bychan which is a remote site. We have found it to be brilliant. It runs our smart TV, wifi heating, alexa, multiple phones with no issue. The one time we did lose connection they were very helpful and had it up and running again quickly. I would recommend.

Very efficient
Very efficient installation was quick and easy took about 45 minutes with us. Not had any major issues just a reboot needed at the stat of the season and this was simply resolved after an email within an email of a few hours would highly recommend this firm, for cost and service with polite and friendly sty.
