I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
SO DISAPPOINTED!!

Delivered punctually and in good condition

Recently purchased sonyrx10v on pre order,.brand new release, this camera was extremely popular, but soon as they received stock ,I got next day delivery. All my emails were answered promptly, always polite and informative customer service, would highly recommend this store .

I ordered a TTartisan lens and was assured it would be with me 2 days after ordering it so on the third day I rang and was told it was still in transit from the warehouse and as I was going away I cancelled the order as I could go and purchase one closer to home which I did. While I was away I received an email saying the lens would be delivered the next working day. I tried to contact the Stevenage branch but was unable to get through so I rang the London branch and told them to stop the delivery as there was no one at home and that I had told them on the phone at Stevenage to cancel my order which they obviously didn’t bother to do. London cancelled the delivery. So as this was my first order with you it’s also my last as your customer service is pathetic.

Ordered a camera 2k worth of equipment for same day collection website stated it was in stock. Visited the store to try and collect to be told it’ll be there this afternoon, then got an email in the afternoon to say it won’t be available for 1-2 weeks. Have tried ringing their phone lines to ask for a refund it just rings out and takes you to voicemail and emailed to ask and as soon as I asked for a refund they stopped responding. After reading other reviews I’d avoid this company there’s a lot they need to improve on with their website and customer service.

Item just as advertised. Great for my camera and accessories.

I chose to order a camera strap from Cameraworld as it was slightly cheaper than Amazon. However, Cameraworld use DPD to deliver. They only tell you when they're going to deliver on the day of delivery, and there are no options such as a locker, neighbour or pickup point. You only discover this after purchase. Since, like many others, I work full time, so my only option was to pay extra and give up half a weekend day to stay in get the parcel. The product was fine, but I won't order from Cameraworld again unless they make their delivery policy clearer, or offer a more flexible alternative.

Best price on the internet for the lens I bought. Fast shipping and all round great experience. Will definitely use them again

Awful. I saw an 'open box' camera body on the website for a very good price stating 'in stock' and 'same day dispatch', which I ordered for a job (I'm a professional photographer and spent over £2000 on the camera). I received an email the following day telling me that the camera was on its way to cameraworld and would be dispatched the following week. So it was neither in stock nor was it same day dispatch. losing trust in the delivery time, I cancelled the order and requested a refund, which I was told would take 3-5 working days. Five working days later, I sent an email asking for an update on the refund processing, only to receive an email later that day telling me that my refund had been initiated, implying that they hadn't even actioned the refund until I sent a reminder email one week later. Poor.

Looked for the pink version everywhere and CameraWorld were the only ones who had it at the same price as Canon. Delivery was super quick and painless. Would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with both the product and the price - £10.00 cheaper than Argos!!! Great service too. HIghly recommended.

I ordered a Peak Design Aluminium Travel Tripod. Says in stock and ships same day. THAT IS NOT TRUE - 2 days later and they can't give me a dispatch date. Which means it will not arrive before I go on holiday. They give a phone number - but repeatedly get a 'mail box full' message.

The quick access for the camera is not secure, like the main body.

Nothing came on time, still waiting over a month for another item I ordered which was the harness, apparently being sent an upgraded version, but was trying to send me cheaper option….awful, go elsewhere if you want something on time, without pestering them.

Excellent price, delivered quickly and well packed.

Used lens was as described, an excellent product and service.

The lens I was looking for found at the cheapest price in Camera World and delivery was free and the next day! Delivered very well protected, box with no markings of what is inside. Very happy with the lens, registered for extended warranty at Sigma too! Thank you, Camera World!
