Good Prices, Poor service
I ordered a camera and lens to be delivered within 1-4 business days. The item was showing in stock.
The item arrived a week later than planned. If I hadn't reached out for information about why it was delayed, I would not have had any correspondence. This was my first purchase with this company.
The prices can be really good, but you may have to trade that off with mediocre customer service.
I would still buy from this company but not if I needed anything urgently or on the the stated delivery timescale. My first experience with Camera World wasn't a good one as they were unreliable.

So i was after a 20-60 lumix lens
So i was after a 20-60 lumix lens and the one camera world was selling was a third of the price to everybody else (brand new to boot, but was a sale of part of a kit) Checked the reviews to see if the site was for real it was , ordered and received the lens by courier a few days later having been kept informed of its journey, fitted it to the camera, works a treat. Thank you

Terrible tbh.
Ordered 3 of the same product that was stated as 'in stock'. No communication after around 2 weeks. I contact them as they informed me they had 2 in the store and I could come pick them up. Went to the store - they had no idea what was going on, send me away without the product. Managed to finally get 2 of the 3 after about a 3 weeks. Still havnt received the 3rd. Useless, tbh. Communication is awful when they even bother to reply or pick up the phone.

Great choice of cameras and lenses
Great choice of cameras and lenses.
Canon camera that I was after was cheaper as an open box. Received the camera within 4 days. Very pleased with the camera which was exactly as described. Definitely recommend and shall be returning to purchase from them again.

Having ordered a 'In stock' product on…
Having ordered a 'In stock' product on Website, then waiting 2weeks with little update and having to chase up the order, i finally got fed up of the extremely poor communications from CameraWorld, I've cancelled the product and got in next day from another company.
EXTREMELY POOR communications and a large company as this should be ashamed and must do better. I do understand that they where waiting for stock but the website clear states it in stock when it wasn't,there was no assistance in getting it sorted or offering an alternative or upgrade with discount.

Correct spec, well-packed, swiftly delivered and priced competitively.
The lens was well-packed, swiftly delivered, reasonably priced, and fits the camera. It is a spare one for a seven-week trip across Central Asia, just in case the main one fails in any way. I haven't had to use it so far, but so far so good!!

Not great this time, unusually
Not great this time, unusually! I'm a fan of your store and services, having bought my camera and lens from you, but this time, I ordered a V90 SD card which I needed for this Saturday. Popped in to collect it today (Thursday) and got told it was not in stock and didn't know when stock would be due. This could have been flagged at the time of purchase, so I could look elsewhere. Have now had to buy elsewhere, so more money gone and have written to you to cancel the order and request the refund, as told by the store to do, but still no acknowledgement of my email. Hopefully ill hear from you soon!

Still waiting for the item to be delivered. Called several times to chase, last time I called, I was told it will be here this week... not arrived yet!! Website states the item is in stock, yet I ordered on 23rd August and still waiting... wish I had gone elsewhere.

Not next day delivery
Ordered for next day delivery, quickly told service unavailable. Wasn't until I chased the order that I got any further updates and the item was then shipped.
Would have ordered elsewhere of I knew the next day service wasn't available as advertised.

After a hiccup with stock levels all…
After a hiccup with stock levels all was sorted by next day and my CANON EOS R7 was upgraded from an open box to a brand new unboxed camera. Received within 48 hours and all was good. Well packed, great service, couldn’t be more pleased, wonderful service.
I also talked to a real person in shop who was able to look my order up and sort it straight away.
I also later ordered the CANON 100-400 zoom lens and UV filter. They were waiting on stock for the HOYA UV filter so instead sent a HOYA skylight filter to use in the meantime and to keep at no extra charge. The filter arrived a couple of days later. Remarkable service that was beyond my expectations.
