Took our booking great
Took our booking great. Explain what seat we would be allocated and what time we leave. Was a bit disappointed to see the holiday was reduced 2 days later.

Caledonian Travel provides good value holidays
Kendra in Caledonian Travel Middlesbrough is the most friendly, helpful and efficient repesentative of your company.
We stayed at Caledonian Island hotel, Isle of Wight on a 4 day break. The receptionist Ellie was brilliant, friendly and informative about the Hotel and the Rose Garden. Service in the restaurant was faultless with attentive, efficient and friendly staff. The excursions (Osborne House and The Needles/Godshill) were brilliant allowing time to explore at leisure, especially Osborne House.
All in all it was a lovely break and would reccomend it. Would definitely return to Isle of Wight to explore other areas.

It is disappointing to read that not all aspects of your break were to your full satisfaction and enjoyment, and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you. Please could you kindly email us at customerservices@caledonian.com with your feedback, quoting your holiday booking reference number, if possible please, and one of the team will come back to you.
Thank you

Isle of wight experience
Overall the trip was a loverly break away staff at the hotel were outstanding nothing was too much trouble.Food was fine and nice room and view. The only thing I would say was the early rise 530 to get up on departure to get your breakfast to get to the ferry.I suggest caladonian knowing there can be delays with weather due to mist book a later ferry crossing as you going nowhere but home

Caledonian Travel weekend Llandudno
What a wonderful weekend we had with Caledonian Travel in Llandudno. The food, entertainment and hospitality were great.
We stayed at the Grand Hotel and whilst the room was basic, it was clean and comfortable which was adequate for the amazing price we paid!
Well done one again Caledonian Travel!!!
