Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money. Fast and friendly customer service. Delivery time well before due date. All in all very pleased, and will definitely buy from again and happy to recommend. 👍

Awful. Avoid.

Ordered on 21/7, "shipped" on 27/7, still cannot provide tracking number on 29/7, no reply to email. No other way to contact them.

29/7: Jessica from customer service said it was dispatched on 28/7.

1/8: Still not received, no tracking number, and no reply to my emails.

There was a slight delay in dispatch and the customer was notified of the delay via Email. The order has now been delivered 5 days ago.

Slow Service - Updated

Order Placed on 9th July. Not expecting to have received my order yet, however the item hasn't even been dispatched. Their website states "Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of the order being placed." Well this just isn't true clearly as I am not the only customer with slow service and my order has been over 72 working hours and still not dispatched. I have sent the company a message directly asking when the likely dispatch will be and guess what... No response. I would recommend not using this company.

An hour or so posting the review I was contacted by Buzz-Retail to say that my item had now been dispatched and upgraded to next day delivery which was very kind. The reasons given to the delayed dispatch, was lack of drivers and Covid in the warehouse. I would state that on the response this review was mentioned and I was asked if I could update or amend. The package did arrive the next day, however I was surprised to see that the packaging and invoice was all Clubhouse Golf.

Over a week and still no response from customer service

Ordered a power tool from this website, came all in good time, however I emailed customer service twice (the first being 8 days ago) asking for a VAT invoice but I’ve still had no reply whatsoever. You could at least acknowledge my enquiry. Over a week and still no response is no good.

Could you please email us on "info@buzz-retail.com" with your request as we have not had any emails from you. Many customers do end up sending emails to the wrong email address and they eventually get bounced back.

Great Price, Poor Customer Service

So the price was great, 20% less than other retailers. But the services was so poor; order confirmation email within seconds. The dispatch email came two day later... the link to track the shipping didn't work, the customer services emails just bounced back. It eventually arrived but the whole sales process made me loose confidence that it was a legitimate website. I'll never use again.

edit post reply from buzz retail… the email address i was using was the one given in the shipping confirmation email to me from buzz retail ‘customerservices@…’. No, i did not miss spell it, i clicked on the email address given and it opened a new email automatically. Maybe buzz retail should check the emails they are sending out and make sure they have the right information?

However it may be that you were sending emails to the wrong email address as we have not have any email from you or your email address, our customer service email address is" info@buzz-retail.com" we recommend that you double check the email address you weere sending the emails to and boucing back and get back to us on the email provided above. Also we would highy appreciate it if you could amend this review incase there was an error with the email address as we have not has a chance to communicate with you during the order process.

Not impressed with this company

Not impressed with this company. the delivery did not arrive within the timeframe shown and they said another order had been sent for delivery. i waited for another week for the order to come to which i was told that there was now supply issues for the instant pot. If it had already been dispatched like they claimed there would be no supply issue

Sorry for the experience you have had. This is certainly not the standard of service we offer our customers.

However, We had sent out your order with Hermes and as explained in our emails to you the parcel was lost in transit, so we have to process a replacement, however instant pot were unable to provide us with the stock within their time frames and that is the reason why we had to refund your order. Your payment has been refunded in full.

Sony In-Ear Headphones

I purchased Sony Earbuds from Buzz because the price was so good. Order process was smooth and confirmation followed shortly after. I then waited nervously for my purchase to arrive...but not for long though! I only opted for Standard Delivery but they were with me within a few days (posted direct from Costco). I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again
