The product was delivered quickly and smoothly. Everything was fine

Great service as usual, fast delivery thanks.

The delivery of the wood turned out to be quite a challenge. While I was kept informed about the delivery date, which was helpful, the truck couldn't reach my house due to overhanging trees and the road's gradient. After discussing with the driver for about 30 minutes, he decided he couldn't deliver and had to reschedule.

On the second attempt, the delivery driver arrived but faced a van fault, requiring rescue support. He waited approximately three hours on our drive because he couldn't unlock the back of his van to access the wood, needing maintenance support to assist.

I understand the second attempt was an unfortunate event, but the overall experience was frustrating. It resulted in me taking significant time out of work to deal with the drivers, which hasn't been the case with other companies that deliver wood without issues.

Good wood and well wrapped and stacked. Not delivered to requested place on driveway despite clear instructions and a space being made.

As it says on the tin. Ordering was simple and easy. Delivery was quick and driver went out of his way to accommodate as we are in a farm at the end of a lane
