Product as described and service and…
Product as described and service and communication was efficient. I do fill the delivery cost for a padded envelope at nearly £10 is way to expensive so not good value for money if purchasing small items!

We do understand the frustration when postage comes in at a high cost for a lower value item, but we would always rather be honest about the shipping charges rather than inflate product pricing. Unfortunately, the standard charge for DPD tracked means that we need to cover cost with our delivery. We have trialled a number of alternatives that have resulted in lost or damaged products, so while the cost may seem high, we felt that safely delivering the product was a priority for us.

Great service from TFS! Quick delivery and Vern was really helpful and gave me lots of advice about fitting the fence
Edit, initial service was great however TFS sent us too many fence panels (their error not mine) and we have now been waiting 10 days for them to be collected and refunded. Still no idea when they will be collected!!
Edit: spoke to Greg on 26th March and refund was actioned within a couple of hours, thank you

amazing service so far
So far we have received amazing service from Aaron and his team. I can’t review the actual delivery and quality of the gates as they are currently in production so the review has been sent to me prematurely.

Perfect product, perfect service
I have had issues with a keypad lock on an exterior gate. I need a keypad for various reasons, but my experience so far has been of a very limited life span, as eventually the weather causes the locks to malfunction. I have just installed it, it seems to do the job perfectly, and I will update the review in a couple of years when I will report on its condition! Excellent delivery

Superb customer service, quality gates
Thanks to Aaron for all his help with design, measurements and placing the order for my gate. Thanks to Sonya for rearranging delivery and accommodating my requests. Huge thanks to Baddu, the delivery driver for safely delivering the gate all the way from Stoke on Trent!!! The TFS gates team were professional, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of ordering my new gate through to delivery. Highly recommend!

Paid same day dispatch and still didn't…
Paid same day dispatch and still didn't receive item. As it was purchased for bussines we lost 3 days income. Maybe you need consider to change courier company as in last 3 weeks DPD managed delay our parcels from other wander. Poor service DPD. They give bad reputation to sellers.
