Well worth the money and the dogs love the boxes they even know both boxes are for them when they get delivered they become excited for the new toys and treats I would highly recommend this company for treats and toys etc

My dog Rio love Buster Box .Hes always happy when kurier deliver box for him.Only one kurier he not bark on it Smart..🤣🤣.Toys and snacks are perfect for age and size ,always healty and fresh.Reccomend buster box for every dog .lts very nice idea for ur ,,babys,,🥰

Write a review for busterbox. I have been receiving these every month for over 2 years. My dog Lola who will be 3 in September knows what it is as soon as it arrives and gets very excited. She loves the toys and the treats. I don't mind so much if she manages to rip a toy which is rare as I know next month she will have a new one to replace it. Her toy box is now over flowing

I have been subscribing to BusterBox every month for over two years now, and it is easily one of the best purchases I make for my dog, Lola.

Lola will be 3 this September, and she has completely figured out what that delivery box means. The second it arrives through the door, she knows it’s for her and gets incredibly excited!

The boxes always have a fantastic mix, and she absolutely loves both the toys and the treats. On the rare occasion that she does manage to rip one of the toys, I don’t even mind because I know a brand-new one will be arriving the following month to replace it anyway. In fact, her toy box is now completely overflowing!

If you want to spoil your dog every month, I couldn't recommend BusterBox enough. It’s consistent, high-quality, and brings so much joy to my dog.

My dog loves the toys, he hates the peanut butter things. The quality is excellent and delivery is always amazing.

I have found the the buster boxes are great value for money & the produces are of high standards the delivery is great as well

Had numerous boxes from Busterbix over the last few years. The dogs know it’s for them and are straight there for the gifts and treats each month.
Good quality toys which you can choose tougher ones if you need to. Always delivered on time each month.

Been a customer with buster box for a while now. I have always received excellent quality toys and the treats go down well with poppy. I have always received amazing support from customer service who get back to you with a short time not that I need them at all. I would recommend buster box to anyone you pet will thank you for it.

I couldn’t recommend Buster Box enough! My dog loves his boxes every month. There is a great variety of treats and toys in each one and the treats are very good quality. My dog is a toy wrecker but he is accommodated very well with tough toys from Buster Box. Any queries are dealt with exceptionally. Highly recommend!!

Well what a breath of fresh air. Lovely hard-wearing toys, tasty doggy treats and all delivered monthly. Sure my dizzy the doodledoggy knows when its her parcel as she gets so excited when its delivered. Online store with what feels like a personal touch. Well done and thanks Busterbox.

The boxes i get for my dog have plenty of choice, my knows as soon as the box is delivered is for him and tries to take it out of my hands. Toys are strong and sturdy. Only one issue is that some of the treats are for a small dog and as mine is a large lab they don't last very long.
Bigger treats please as my mouth is big, thank you love smudge 🐕

I have no complaints about customer service. The quality of the toys are great and last longer than any I've bought in high street shops. I get the tougher toys for my dog and have saved lots of money from buying toys from shops only to have them destroyed the same day. I only have 2 minor complaints about the company, these are that there have been quite a few repeat toys recently which isn't a huge deal necessarily but I wouldn't want it to become too common Also I was invited to buy a Hamper at one point for an occassion but was sad to see that I was just sent the same box with the same toys and treats in, I was under the impression it would be special themed toys and different to the normal box I get delivered monthly. I wouldn't have ordered it if it just meant I got 2 of everything from that month. I intend to keep my subscription going and am pleased with the company and the boxes. My dog loves getting them and gets so excited when they arrive ☺️ the date below is an estimate as I don't fully remember the actual dates unfortunately. Sorry.

Nellie loves her monthly box. When it arrives she knows it’s for her bouncing up and down. The snacks are always varied and two lovely toys every month as well. Highly recommend for your spoiled pooch!!

Busterbox have been amazing in the time I’ve been using them. My 14yr old staffy gets excited every time he sees the box and loves playing with the new toys each month! The toys and the treats are always great quality.
They were also really helpful when I had a box stolen and needed to change how it was delivered!

My dog Gypsy has been getting these fantastic boxes delivered for well over a year and they are great value for money. Gypsy knows exactly what it is and get all excited when she see it . Fantastic toys and a excellent selection it treats

Excellent toys, my German Shepherd destroys other brands easily, buster box toys last. He gets really excited at the sight of his box every month.

All I can say is don’t ever sign up. I was mislead into a 12 month subscription in June 2025 under an advertisement of a ‘free £60 bed’ with your first box. Nowhere did it clearly state you’d be tied in for a year, and I can see from other reviews many other people fell for this. They refused to cancel the subscription when I immediately noticed I’d been tied to it - even before I’d had box 1, so I set my subscription to cancel and begrudgingly paid for 12 months (£367 over the year). The bed was the cheapest small ‘pillow’ bed that would have been £10 tops at a pet shop. The boxes were never worth more than a tenner either - the toys were easily destroyed by my 8kg pug and the treats were cheap nasty additive filled things. Website is also terrible - no option for customisation of anything without contacting them directly.

Every month it would countdown the cancellation until May 2026 when it said ‘set to cancel in 1 billing cycle’. This month (June 2026) I logged on to check my subscription had finally ended, and was horrified to see my account said a payment will be taken on the 28th June, and that my subscription was set to cancel in 13 billing cycles??? It was never even 13 billing cycles from the start!!

I’ve now blocked their payments through my bank as it seemed to be the only way to stop them taking more money. I’ve never EVER had such a bad experience with a company before.

Really disappointed I have signed up for 6 boxes to try and find some decent toys!
So far i was sent a broken toy and PEANUT foods which we have an allergy to in the house.
Not ideal. But dont worry we were offered a free upgrade to tough toys! This should have been an option from the start! And i had been given this anyway at month/box 2
Now our tough toys have been used for 5-10 mins with treats added and have already broken! And i cant get out because “i am in it for 6m!” Quality and safety is not taken into effect as long as i stay for my duration 😮‍💨
Waste of money!
