Awful company to deal with impossible to cancel. They remove money without consent stay clear youll see plenty more with the same issue wish I read them before trying a box customer service is terrible.

I won a year's free subscription from top Dog competitions. I couldn't believe it when I received the email. My Bella received her first box last month and she was so excited. She loved all the treats and the toys, sadly the rope on the bone didn't stay nice as she's quite destructive 🙈 but apart from that they're really good quality. We're both looking forward to this months box.
The only thing we're sad about is that we didn't get a free bed, I know we won a competition but I would had thought we would still get the free bed because if we ordered it we would had 😞.

Tried to cancel, said set to cancel in 3 months. I thought fair enough must still have 3 months left on the contract, 4 months later the moneys come out again, logged in and still says set to cancel but says set to cancel in 13 months. Absolutely avoid, this company is getting plastered all over social media.

Buster absolutely loves his Buster Box. The treats are perfect for his age and he loves them. The toys are perfect size for his puppy stage. The free bed is amazing he loves to sleep in it. Cant wait for the next one to arrive

Feeling completely stitched up by BusterBox. 😠 Didn't realise I was signing up for 12 months, can't cancel subscription, and you don't even know what you're getting until the box arrives. Not great

I have to say i was happy with the products I was recieveing. Worth the money, not really but was worth it as you didnt have to think about it and you got something nice for your dog every month.

Now the bad part, canceling is impossible. I requested to cancel 12 months ago and was blanked but I thought my dogs enjoying it i will see through the next 12 months with it set to cancel however 12 month goes by and hasn't cancelled so contected them to get it sorted otherwise going to cancel direct through the bank which I think will be case.

Quite sad really as I enjoyed what I was recieving but left with a bitter taste to end it.

They need to do better when it comes to customer support.

I emailed to explain that my dog had passed and asked them to cancel the subscription but they ignored me and continued to try and charge me. Thankfully, I put a block on them after the first attempt.

The products aren’t great. Especially since I had a large dog, the treats were often so small he could barely be bothered with them. You could easily get better treats and toys for the same or better price in shops. Only good for the convenience.

The boxes are amazing. My puppy loves his new toys every month 💜
It's such a lovely way of getting quality toys and a joy to see a happy pup.

Was well impressed with what I got dogs had loads of fun with the 5 toys and treats toys are well made and some squeak some rattle keeps dogs interest for hours

My milo loved his first box! Good size toys and he really liked the treats. Although his favourite, of course - was the tennis ball!

Thoroughly impressed, we got a free bed with his first box and although slightly small for him he still makes it work! Quick delivery and nice quality too.

Ordered after seeing adverts on Instagram and Facebook. Signed up for the 12 month box plan and received a free bed! The shipment arrived quickly, was packaged well and my puppy loves all of it, the toys, treat, bed and the box it came in. We are already looking forward to our next box arriving.

Got my busterbox and bed for my pup and they love it got a bigger bed as have two pups the bed is amazing they love cuddling up on it Thankyou very much so happy with the toys and there was treats and dental sticks which they loved

I bought the Busterbox we got the deal with dog bed as well for Bruno. The bed is the perfect size for him, when he realised the box wad for hom he was so excited he loved everything that came in his Busterbox from the treats to the toys. Cant wait to see what he gets in his next order

As others have said be extremely careful. Like others I was sucked into a 12 month subscription. Toys are terrible quality our Patterdale destroys them in seconds. Was told could not cancel until 12 months were up. Set account to cancel, just logged on as I have received a notification that a box is on its way, even though cancelled and now time expired. It now says set to cancel in 13 billing cycles. Wtf? It seems the only way you can escape this is to cancel directly with bank, which I will do.

My dogs literally know when the box has arrived and they get super excited 😆, love it when they do different themes aswell. Thank you BusterBox

My girl is a lab cross and She has a strong jaw, and the toys sent are amazing. She likes to chew toys, and the ones sent suit her perfectly as they are for extra strong dogs. And the amount of treats and the selection is great. She loves her treats esp when training. Definitely worth the money.

Absolutely brilliant honestly boxes are different every month and if u have any issues with ur dogs eating there toys ig balls lol they can stop sending them and change to teddys and ropes my dog gets sad when its not his delivery and he absolutely loves getting his delivery he goes crazy rips open the box in secs to see what toy he has i love seeing him so happy delivery service brilliant product are great quality but my dogs hust destruction 🤣 busterbox started small I'm also a member of top dog prizes I recommend buster box

Great for my dogs to have a variety of toys and treats. Like Christmas for them every Deliverys

Shadow the labradoodle says his Buster Box is the highlight of his month and he always knows that it’s his box when the postman comes! The toys last really well despite him being a chewer and the treats are perfect for scattering in the garden and filling kongs!
