My enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently and the collection made very quickly. The customer interaction I received from Aleks was exceptional

I've been a customer of business waste for just over 2 years as they were recommended to me for sharps collection. Although the customer service provided by the head office is generally good, the organisation of the actual sharps exchange has always been inefficient, lots of miscommunication about dates/times/size of box etc. I did try to leave once before so they switched the local service provider but it didnt make a difference. The final collection this time has dragged on for 7 weeks, again due to the contractor turning up on my days off as well as lots of frustrating forwards and backwards about the size of the bin, asking me to send photographs of it etc - I was contracted for a particular service, so surely they should know what i've got! I'm very relieved to have finally left this company, the price is not really competitive and what I actually need is efficient service at the point of exchange. Not recommended.

Business Waste take care of our business waste with a great service; they offer competitive pricing and good customer service. Evie dealt with our needs very helpfully and was always checking up on our bin delivery to ensure that everything went smoothly.

We recently dealt with Adam from Business Waste and honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Adam was extremely helpful from start to finish and managed to save us money in areas we didn’t even realise were possible. He also helped us sort out our general cleaning contract, which had been causing us ongoing issues and was something we didn’t think could be resolved from outside the business.

Adam absolutely knows his stuff, but what really stood out was how friendly, approachable and easy to deal with he was. He took the time to understand our needs and genuinely went above and beyond to help.

We’re really pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend Adam and Business Waste to any business looking to save money and get their waste and service contracts working more efficiently.

This company are an absolute nightmare to deal with! Constant missed collections, drivers lying about not having access when cameras show they haven't shown up, then trying to still charge us for the missed collection. We cancelled the service due to breach of contract on their part, and it took weeks of chasing and nagging for them to remove their property, and they had the audacity to keep trying to charge us for the missed collections, and then again for the eventual removal of their bins that they abandoned on our premises for so long. AVOID

Victor was very helpful in rebooking a collection at short notice that was missed due to blocked access

Ultimately all waste management companies are much the same, you gotta pick your poison..
Having said that, at least BW has a local and competent team that answers the phone and sorts any issues requests. Declan in this case dealt with the request promptly with clear comms.
