Business Waste Anmeldelser

Amazing customer service, so proactive and helpful and really appreciated the fast response and desire to help.

We have used Business Waste for a few years now. They are efficient, professional and very helpful. I have found the staff to be polite and reliable. If it has been necessary for us to change our collection date they have been accommodating and they email to keep the customer up-to-date with the situation. I would recommend them.

I put in a waste bag request for a client who needed an urgent supply. Toby Furbur responded immediately to my request and provided the pro forma invoice that was required to process payment.
This was paid promptly by my finance team and Toby was then able to put in the order and the waste bags were delivered in a timely manner.
Toby also sent update e-mails which was great communication that I could then forward onto the client to keep them informed.
Thank you for a great service Toby.

Excellent service, very helpful and super reasonable in price. Declan has been of fantastic help!

I’m a new business, so as you can imagine there’s been loads to sort out at the beginning. To be fair, this was probably one of the easiest things I’ve had to deal with so far.

I contacted them a few days ago for a quotation, along with a few other companies, so I could properly compare the options. I received a very friendly call where everything was clearly explained, including the full pricing structure. I asked for everything to be sent over by email so I could take my time and compare it with the other providers.

They ended up being the cheapest option, so I requested a call back to clarify a few points before signing up. Nothing was a problem, everything was explained clearly, and I was more than happy to go ahead and sign the contract.

The person I dealt with on the phone couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful — nothing seemed like too much bother.

So far, so good. I’d definitely recommend giving them a try, especially if you’re looking to save a fair bit compared with some of the other companies out there.

After appalling service from our previous supplier, Better Waste are a breathe of fresh air. Danny has been amazing, he got our bins delivered earlier than first planned, checked to make sure they got delivered and checked again today to check the bins had been emptied. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Lily Lawson was brilliant, from first contact to her much appreciated follow ups , cheerful and helpful throughout, I am very impressed and would like to say what a great experience it was dealing with your company because of her professionalism and attitude.

We were recommended this company by another local business after a huge range of issues with other providers. They were professional when setting up and delivered everything when they said they would. They have not missed a collection since we started with them nearly a year ago and would happily recommend to other businesses.

I ran into so many issues on my end with disposing of rubbish and Heather Tabois went over and above to come up with a solution. The customer service I received from Heather is unmatched, she responded quickly and kept in touch through the whole ordeal to see how she could help. Would definitely recommend Business Waste

Fantastic service from Molly Jennings at Business Waste. She provided quotes quickly and waited patiently for us to make a decision without being pushy.

Lily was really helpful and followed up afterwards to make sure all went as planned. Excellent customer service

Very happy with the service received from start to finish working with Katie & Callum at business waste. very helpful, informative and communicated well.

Very helpful and efficient service. Lewis was quick to respond and made the change to our collection schedule straight away.
Thank you!

First time user and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent communication from everyone involved - especially Heather who kept me updated regularly and was prompt with responses to any queries that I had. The waste collection went very smoothly with no issues at all and all required documentation was supplied. I will definitely be using Business Waste again in the future.

Niamh was absolutely brilliant - really helpful and made the whole process easy for us!

Friendly efficient company - Luke in particular was most helpful

Great service from these guys, gave us a great discount which was welcomed as a take over company to try to reduced costs, looking forward to working with them over the coming years.

Finally a waste company that actually gives a quick & well priced quote! I battled for weeks to get quotes and the one I did get elsewhere was astronomical.
Business Waste have been so helpful and efficient - highly recommend especially to Alex who checked in after my bins were delivered to check everything went smoothly. Nice to know good customer service isn’t dead!

Any problems/queries are always dealt with quickly and sufficiently. Great service!
