Still waiting for a refund on a coat I returned on 23 rd Dec. Tracked as delivered on 30th, Plus a second coat sent on the same day. Also confirmed as delivered by Royal mail tracking. Not even confirmed as returned.
This company are a disgrace; Thats MY MONEY you are holding on to. Its no better than THEFT. I have had to invoke action via Paypal to get my money back. I would NEVER buy anything of Burtons ever again.

Not very impressed that you have to pay to do online returns, it's £1.99 to just get a refund.

I ordered clothes for my son on 19th December as a present.
On 21st I got half a message from Evri to say my stuff could not be delivered. It STILL has not come.
There’s a No. to call Evri at a cost of £6 PER minute I’m an old age pensioner with cancer. I spent over £50 on their site.
They are thieves … I’m going to report them to the Ombudsman..
I’ve had to give them a star to write on this site!

Terrible customer service! First off Burton use the most unreliable delivery service in the UK, Evri. I paid for next day delivery and Evri stated there was an issue gaining access to my property so dont deliver my order. This is not only incorrect but a complete lie. Evri told me to contact Burton for a replacement as they will
not attempt a second delivery. I did just that and without being asked I was told a refund had been produced but funds would not reach my account for 7 days. I didnt want a refund, I wanted my order. As a refund was already put through I was told I had no option but to place another order using new funds to pay for it. I explained I had used a free next day delivery code on my last order and would like the same for this new order. I was told to contact them with my new order number and they would refund the charge but it would take another further 7 days to reach my account. I said this was not acceptable and asked for code. I also highlighted that they hadnt even said sorry or a offered a goodwill gesture. After I stated this they finally gave me a free next day delivery code and a £10 gift card code. I placed the new order but the delivery code would not work. I connected them again and I was told I couldnt use it with the gift code and that was why. That was incorrect because I tried both, with and without the gift code. It didnt work either way. I now asked to be refunded for my delivery charge as the code didnt work. I was told no. I then had to explain to them to look over my whole conversation to see this is what I was offered originally. Finally they agreed to refund. This conversation took place through day time hours. They never replied to my last messsge in the evening. Then at 1.51am on a week day morning they responded. The message woke me up because their communication of choice is not email but text message. I responded telling them this was unacceptable and that I will never purchase from them again after this terribke service. They replied at a reasonable hour simply saying sorry to hear this. Absolute terrible customer service. Avoid this company! They used to be a respected uk high street brand but now they have lost all customer service and this clear from all these negitive reviews. I will never purchase from them again

AVOID! Do not purchase from Burton Menswear London. They don’t deliver and make it impossible to follow up.
Customer Service is dismal. They would not honor my purchase, no credit or voucher. Didn't care.
3 Weeks from purchase to finally getting some answers. They have no way of tracking parcels with EVRI.
My Parcel was sent back to them. Instead of resending it back to me. They sold my jacket so it became out of stock!
I prepared for the cold weather by purchasing a warm jacket, hat and gloves and they completely failed me so I froze.
AVOID This clothing company and brand at all costs.

Manteau dont les poches sont sur la couture latérale : pas du tout confortable. De plus impossible de contacter le SAV.

J'ai passé ma commande 1 mois avant Noël afin d'être sure de pouvoir l'offrir en temps voulu. J'aurais probablement dû la commander 3 mois avant puisque ma commande n'a toujours pas évoluée.
J'en suis à mon 3ème mails au Service Clients sans aucune réponse, et le numéro de téléphone indiqué "n'est pas attribué" lorsqu'on appelle.
Je ne sais pas si je recevrai un jour mon colis ou s'il s'agit d'une arnaque....

I have returned an item BUK100944052 on the 4 December because it doesn't fit.
As at now I haven't still receive my refund. Please refund immediately to enable me use my money for something this Xmas.
It's not just possible to reach out to them either by phone or email, the customer service email just keeps bouncing back.
Can someone please help with their phone number or another email address.
This is will be my last time buying from them.

I had a parcel delivered to wrong address ...my fault entirely as I put a number in by mistake ...Evri delivered it, took the doorstep picture and I received in email ...But I had no Parcel, So two days my husband went round to every house that the door was same as pic to detail and nothing on our drive ..So I was worried..Contacted Evri ..Still waiting on reply ..busy times ...Contacted Burton to see if they could help ad this was a present for Christmas..Laura and Mart ...All I can say from Burton Messanger link ...THANK you both so very much ..even early morning replying,absolutely second to none service and they also told me were Parcel was ...Collected and a Happy Elf am I....So Burton well done for the knowledge, help,patience and kindness shown by Laura and Msrt ....query submitted Saturday 17th December and sorted same day ..Thankyou forever grateful

Update. I was correct. Got no refund and to be told today it will be 28th not today. Their left hand doesn’t know what the right butt cheek is doing. That’s Christmas ruined because that was money for my gifts. Thanks burtons. Pile of crap company. Please everybody AVOID at all costs!!!

Contacted them via email and text. Was told my parcels were on the way back to them. They now confirmed they have my return and will get a refund however no confirmation of this being issued yet. Sent them an email but still no response 3 days later. Heard back today to be told “a refund of £88.96 had been refunded not £145.06. He said it was his mistake and full amount refunded. If it doesn’t hit my bank by Monday then to contact them so they can re issue the refund? Something smells fishy to me. Doubt the refund is coming. May have to do a charge back with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered clothing from Burton and returned them cause they didn't fit. Returned them through hermes with proof of return but Burton customer services 1st said it take a few days for them to come through, them they started to become funny and wasn't giving me my refund and when I spoke to the last person at customer services they totally said the return code doesn't match on our system and nothing has been returned.
1st time ever I have been so distressed because I had over £60 of returns which I had lost and have never been returned.
Never again would I buy from online Burton with this bad experience.
These were brought and returned last year, I thought I'll give them a feed back because I don't want anything else to be in the same shoes as me!!!
I still have my emails and hermes postout proof

My order got lost by Evri…. Once I chased up the customer services they quickly re-ordered the items and put it on a next day delivery slot! Got before 9am!

Commande passée depuis le 1er décembre , à ce jour aucun retour , pas d’information sur ma commande , son état , pas de livraison. Par contre j’ai bien reçu le mail avec la facture , j’ai bien été débité , j’ai elle reçu un mail pour me demander si mes articles me plaisait … hors je n’ai rien reçu. Impossible de joindre le service par téléphone , tous les numéros sont hors service et non attribués… ça sent la grosse arnaque.

They refunded 2 of my items , missed one , so I messeged them saying what happened and they sorted the issue within half an hour

If you don’t want your delivery on time and to waste your time speaking to the most unhelpful customer service team. Order from Burtons. I paid for the annual next day delivery service and ordered twice, first time it took 2 days (I placed the order on a Thursday before 11pm; they state orders before 11pm will be delivered next day). The other one I ordered over 10 days ago has not gotten an update from Evri since it got delayed about a week ago. What’s funny is my other next day delivery orders from Evri in different companies are still arriving next day.

After speaking to Mei in their FB Messenger customer service, she had the audacity to say they cannot refund me as I have saved “tons of money” in delivery and that I have using my premium delivery “a lot”. Is this a joke? I have ordered twice, first order came after 2 days, my second order is not even here yet and I ordered it for an event today.

I have been speaking to customer service daily and all they are telling me to do is wait for the order. What is the point of me waiting for my order if it doesn’t come on my planned date when I paid extra for the “Annual Premium Next Day Delivery”?

I can see a lot of negative reviews with a similar experience to mine and a lot of issues with refunds so I am not expecting mine anytime soon.

The fact that their customer service lies straight to your face and tries to play along is ridiculous.

I already know I will get a Trust Pilot reply from Burtons asking for my order number and they will help me “blah blah”. I have already given my order number multiple times and they haven’t don’t anything, I doubt the customer service from Trust Pilot will do any thing either.

- Returer är omständliga och svåra.
- Man får inte svar på frågor gällande returer eller produkter. Man får ta reda på allt själv.
- Man får ingen kredit på felaktig vara utan får hoppas på en utbetalning.
- Får man svar så är det på Engelska och gäller inte själva frågan.
- Ingen information om att man måste montera utrustningen själv och inga instruktioner hur man gör det.

I’m still waiting on a refund on something I returned nearly a month ago and they keep making up lies saying the refund has been processed and when that day comes they make up another day. Do not use this company because they will conn you out of a refund if you have to return items. They are an absolute joke and I have had to get trading standards involved and legal action is the next step!

easy to order and my jumper arrived in just a few days. Price was good and the jumper's quality was ok for the prices, size is a little larger than expected it to be though.

Placed an order on 12th November which was a birthday present. Delivery adddress is to a company so can only be accepted Mon- Fri. One attempt made on a Sat night so failed. I was emailed to say another attempt would be done on the following Monday. Did not happen. Kept chasing customer service both via Twitter and Messenger as no phone number can be found. Standard reply received ' give it a few more days'. Eventually I get an email from Evri stating another failed delivery and attached is a photo from somewhere different. GPS shows they have attempted delivery somewhere else which is not even near my post code. I contact customer service again who states they will request that parcel is sent back to them, they give me a tracking link. Another week goes and eventually it states parcel has been delivered. I contact customer service again asking for refund to be told parcel has been delivered to me. I explain it has NOT. I ask to get a refund. I ask to speak to a manager. I ask for a link to make a conplaint. All requests are ignored. I have never had such poor customer service. It has now been a month, the birthday has passed. I have been charged for items not received and I am still going backwards and forward with customer service who after each messages sent, ask me to score how they did, it is a joke! Will never order from Burton again.

Goods arrived quickly… good quality.
Return handled efficiently. I had a small problem my end (my fault)!
