I am extremely disappointed with the service from Bvlgari regarding a warranty replacement for a £470 pair of sunglasses. It has been nearly four weeks since I raised the issue, and I am still without my product.
Despite Bvlgari admitting the item was faulty, they shipped the replacement from Italy without correctly paying the import duties (DDP). As a result, UPS is demanding £114 in taxes from me. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, a warranty replacement must be provided at no cost to the consumer.
I have been in a "stalemate" for 10 days. UPS has held the item in a secure warehouse since April 4th because the digital billing hasn't been updated. While I receive polite emails from Bvlgari claiming they have "contacted UPS," nothing changes. The tracking remains blocked, and Bvlgari—who holds the shipping contract—has failed to manage their courier to release my goods.
I have had to open a bank chargeback to protect my funds. If you expect luxury after-sales service to match the luxury price tag, look elsewhere.
Hier je leur écris j’ai vu statut de la commande lunettes pas envoyés , mon argent chez eux et ils ne remboursent pas rapidement 600 euros ! C’est fou .
J’ai donné ma montre pour un service complet, après qu’une attache du bracelet se soit détachée … et que ma montre se soit abîmée en tombant au sol. Après plusieurs semaines, et paiement d’une somme de plus de CHF 900.-, j’ai récupéré ma montre, une Scuba dive qui est conçue pour plonger à 200m. Après une simple baignade dans une piscine, … j’ai de la buée sous la lunette. Le comble!!! La montre de plongée n’est pas étanche. C’est juste inadmissible un service pareil !!! Ça dépasse l’entendement.

Au bout de cinq ans la pierre centrale de ma bague est tombée. Le service client n’a pas du tout été à la hauteur. Je suis extrêmement déçue, je m’attendais à un service client au moins à la hauteur des prix pratiqués et de leur image de marque... J’ai dû aller faire réparer ma bague chez un autre joaillier. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS.

Tout d’abord, la bague est arrivée un jour plus tôt que prévu (le jour de livraison m’avait été garanti à plusieurs reprises), j’ai dû traverser toute la ville en urgence pour réceptionner le colis à la place de ma femme.
Ensuite, alors que j’avais bien insisté sur le fait qu’il s’agissait d’une surprise… Avant d’offrir la bague, j’ai reçu de la publicité BULGARI dans ma boîte aux lettres! Ma femme m’a interrogé sur ces documents publicitaires…
Pour continuer, il doit être constaté une certaine réactivité sur WhatsApp ou par mail pour vendre… mais il n’y a plus personne une fois que le virement a été effectué!
Après tous ces déboires avec la marque, j’ai demandé le remboursement… l’enseigne m’a confirmé que je serai remboursé… ça fait un mois que j’attends… plus personne ne répond à mes mails ni à WhatsApp… je vais devoir assigner…
Finalement, je me suis tourné vers une autre enseigne pour la bague de ma femme… PIAGET… je n’y connaissais rien en joaillerie… mais maintenant, je sais: il y a de grandes différences parmi les marques!
Completely incompetent and unprofessional experiences in official butique. Placed an order for rings to meet our wedding date. Sales person messed up sizes and ordered from distribution twice. Even though the order was paid apparently the ring in the correct size was not secured and was sold to another customer. Another ring size was suppose to delivered later and representative, despite knowing it hadn't arrived in the store didn't bother to contact and inform us, wasting our time coming to the store without reason. No apology whatsoever. I had to reach to corporate so this was escalated down the chain to the store manager. Absolutely terrible customer service compared to other brands. We issued a refund on the spot and headed to competitor (which was flawless!). Beware of Bulgari and don't buy anything. Take your money elsewhere where it will be appreciated!
1.On 31.12.23 I purchased a ring for my wife at a Bulgari boutique on a cruiseship. Unfortunately she realized the ring was faulty on 5.1.24 which was the day we disembarked from the cruise. I contacted Bulgari and I was told they could not sort out the problem. I was told to deal with the Bulgari cruiseshop boutique. Had I known I would not have the same after sale rights as other Bulgari clients, I would never have purchased the ring in a cruiseship boutique.
2.In addition, I purchased a bracelet at the same shop on the cruiseship. I realized the size of that was not the right one. I contacted Bulgari and again I was told that they could not consider offering me a bigger size - as would do to other clients - because it was purchased at a Bulgari boutique on a cruiseship
