I could not call and talk to a designer or a customer service rep in person this is all done by email submitting back-and-forth therefore if I had the phone call product changes would occurred to my specifications the product looks great. But it needed changes that only can occur through a voice communication
Even artificial intelligence doesn’t always get it right but it needs voice communication. The product is great. It would’ve been greater if there was more voice communication or a zoom meeting and that’s why you get three stars

The order that I received was the incorrect color I have reached out to customer support and haven't gotten any response.

Update🎉 I would like to update my review I was contacted the next day after this review was posted and I would like to say the customer service was phenomenal they did offer me a partial refund for my inconvenience and I definitely appreciate that so I would like to change my rating to a 5 and now that I understand their color chart better I will be purchasing from them again in the future.

The Park Art Contest for kids was extra special with the winner's artwork turned into a BUDSIE! The recipient LOVED it!!!

I really loved how he came out! The details from his eyes down to the little buttons on his hoodie were fantastic. His head may be a little asymmetrical than symmetrical, but I love him anyways.

My wife and I took pictures of ourselves and tasked ChatGPT with creating stuffed toy versions of them. They came out so well that I decided to send them to Budsies to have the real stuffed toys created as a surprise for our anniversary. It took a while to complete them, but now we have really cool toys of ourselves.

I’m absolutely in love with my new Budsies matching plush! They created a stuffed version of me dressed exactly like I am as a teacher and it’s honestly the cutest and most creative thing I’ve ever added to my classroom!! The attention to detail is incredible, it looks just like me, from the outfit down to the matching accessories.

My students are going to be obsessed! I can’t wait to use it to help with classroom routines, storytelling, and even as a classroom helper. It's such a fun and engaging way to build connection and bring more joy into our day. Thank you, Budsies, for bringing this idea to life so perfectly. I can already tell this little “mini me” is going to be a beloved part of our classroom for years to come!

The team was very lovely and was with me every step of the way, making sure they got my OC right!

The final product we received is a wonderful likeness of my daughter's picture--thanks! However, it took FAR longer than I was originally told. It would have been nice to receive meaningful updates more often. It got so that I didn't believe the few automated updates that I did receive. I emailed Budsies directly to get a human response. I was really starting to think this was a scam.

The process took some time, and there was some back and forth. Communication was a bit slow here and there, but overall everything went fine. All the staff is friendly and helpful and they try their best to really make something unique. They should work on their photos. Maybe a short video would be good, as i was very unhappy with my plush, when i saw the photo. In the end however, it really turned out great. So keep that in mind. I am happy, and the price is really appropriate in my oppinion.

I had 2 Budsies made for 2 of my grandchildren and we were thrilled with the results. We had to promise the boys they could do more of them. They seem pricey at first but when you see the great craftsmanship, you’ll understand why and appreciate the end product.

Budsies did such a wonderful job creating the characters of my children's book! Everything from beginning to end was five stars!

Although we had planned for the how long it would take I can tell you what , my daughter’s buddie came EXACTLY how she drew it . So amazing just so amazing . Recommended to everyone . The joy on my kids face . She won’t put it down .

Budsies did a great job reviewing our drawing, asking detailed questions, sending color samples, etc. Overall, a pleasant experience, and the doll is high quality and well made.

Super quick communication and good compromises/solutions to the small issues that I had!

Every detail down to the color, the type of fur, the size, and the heartbeat really brought our Budsie to life!

Once again, Budsies did an outstanding job creating the final member of my pony OC family, Night Sight. It has been a pleasure to see the effort, craftmanship, and love they have put into every single one of my creations. I couldn't have asked for a better company to bring them to life in plush form.

Nice quality but not quite similar to the face of the image I sent.

Final product is cute, my son had a very simple design. It said up to 8 weeks with a shipped by date. Actually thought because it was so simple it would arrive sooner than that.. anyway paid the extra $50 for updates/proof before it was delivered (not worth it - took an extra week after I approved the design immediately upon receiving the email and received no updates prior to the proof) we had a 4 week delay because they forgot to add the hood on the hoodie, and the hood is literally the tiniest thinnest piece of scrap fabric possible. Cant pull it up over the head and would rip off easily. Not sure why it took an extra month and I received 0 update until I messaged Kaylee from customer service several times, and she did not have anything to say other than it's handmade and I had to ask multiple times why it was taking an entire month to add a very.. poorly done hood. However my son likes it and it looks like the design. It was supposed to ship by May 2, did not ship until May 30. Arrived June 2.
