Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
We supply only the very best quality plants at a time of your choosing. We’ve developed tried and tested systems to allow you to select a specific dispatch week for your plants when you place your order. This allows you to accurately plan your crops, help you save money by avoiding unnecessary heating of greenhouses and reduce inconvenience around delivery timings. Further recent investment in our systems now means that not only do we allow you to pick a dispatch week for your plants, if you have supplied us with your email address, we will now advise you in advance of the day that we intend to dispatch your plants on.

Hi Alan
Once again we apologies that your order was delayed in post, most orders are delivered within 48 hours but soemtimes parcels can get delayed. Our packaging does assist the plants to withstand up to 7 days in transit so we do apologise that 21 plugs were poor opn arrival.
I can see that despite being unable to send us photos of the plugs so we can investigate further, you have accepted store credit for the value of the plugs to use at a future date.
If there is anything else we can assist with, please let us know.

Small plants
Well packed. Good information. All plants alive and in fresh condition but on the small side with nine very small.

Svar fra Brookside Nursery
Hi Mr Stewart
These plug plants need to be grown on for approximately 4–6 weeks before they are ready to be planted out.
Our standard plugs are specified to measure 2.6 cm by 1.8 cm, based on the soil volume within each cell. Please note that foliage size can vary and is not a reliable indicator of quality or maturity, as it naturally differs between plants.
We have contacted you directly in regard to this, if you believe any plugs may be below the expected root size, please do send us some photos. We will be happy to take a closer look and resolve this for you as soon as possible.
