I ordered a very small amount of oak for a furniture project. Very happy with the quality of the timber and the accuracy of the ordered dimensions. Good communication re delivery, lead time etc. Absolutely no complaints.

I’ve used British Hardwoods a number of times and have always received good quality timber to specified dimensions. Products have been well packaged and delivered in good time.

I ordered not long before Christmas and asked the to do their best to get the oak to me. They did better than expected and delivered in time for my fitter to get the hall fitted. It is really nice quality. The delivery driver was very helpful, he even brought the packs into the house.

I bought some oak many years ago from British Hardwoods and the quality was excellent.

I recently needed some Tulipwood and am delighted to say that the quality is still excellent. The packaging is exemplary and the wood was protected well from the rigours of Courier-Land.

It was easy to order and British Hardwoods responded quickly when I had a query about my order. The oak arrived well packaged but despite this there was some damage on one edge. I suspect the damage was caused in transit though and not at British hardwoods. I was able to work around this by using the damaged corner on the bottom face of the table and filling the damaged area with epoxy. The quality of the oak was fantastic. The edges were all square and once glued up were almost invisible. I would highly recommend British Hardwoods for price and quality and I will be ordering from them again.

This was not my first order of skirting from British Hardwoods and I have never been disappointed. Ordering was easy and the quality of skirting excellent. Delivery was prompt and everything was well packaged. What more could you ask for. I would definitely recommend British Hardwoods for all your hard wood needs.
