Top quality oak boards
I was extremely happy with the quality and finish of the oak on the boards. I was very pleased that the colour / finish of the engineered oak boards was as illustrated on the website photo's. This is not something you can always take for granted. The tongue & grooves on the boards was cut precisely making it easy to slot the boards together and made it a joy to lay.

Too many knots
The boards appear to be well constructed but I was disappointed in the number of knots. The sample I ordered had none and I spoke to the company to ask. But still far more knotty than I was expecting. Overall satisfied but not pleased.

We are delighted with the skirting boards and architrave sets. The wood is good quality and they have been prepared well. Delivery was slow due to our location but the staff at British Hardwoods were very helpful and the order arrived without a hitch.

Fantastic quality flooring, and they are a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgable and answered all our questions quickly and with lots of detail. There's a lot of cheaper flooring out there but for a combiantion of quality and value I think this company is the best.

Very fast delivery. Quality first rate.
Total bill inc. delivery, for boards to finish the room, was £176. Same quote from the original supplier, was £688.
