My purchase was a refurbished b3plus and it's as good as new. No problems so far (after 3 weeks ownership). Brennan has no telephone support and all communication is via email ( I did know this before buying). This is a serious bit of kit for audiophiles and I'm still learning all the features. I've invested quite a bit of my time so far learning how to 'rip' cd's and then getting all the artists, albums and tracks named the way I like. This is not as straight forward as I thought and involves using an online database which is built into the b3plus (A cd that is not found in the online db requires specialist knowledge and I've used the brennan forum to help with this). I've wired the b3plus up to my hifi system (using the 3.5mm jack) and it's also connected to my wireless Sonos speakers and both worked really well. (I've not connected speakers direct to the b3plus yet.) I've copied over 200 cd's onto the b3plus now (many more to do) and it's great being able to play any track in any room effortlessly and all from my phone. I thoroughly recommend the b3plus.

Great bit of kit, easy to set up straight out of the box, loaded lots of cds on so far, just a few albums not recognised but on the whole very good, quick dispatch time from ordering.

Went for the refurbished option and looks as new with the same guarantee. Really straightforward to set up and easy to use Takes only a couple of minutes to rip each cd. Really pleased with it so far.

Bought this to replace my Brennan JB& as the screen has faded. Rather than repair decided an upgrade was best. We are NOT disappointed

Although the Brennan B3+ wasn’t quite the right fit for my particular needs, I was impressed by its build quality and overall design. It feels like a well-made, thoughtfully engineered product. What stood out most was the excellent customer service—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. While I ultimately decided it wasn’t for me, I can certainly appreciate the quality of the unit and the outstanding support behind it.

I purchased the Brennan B3+ and , so far, have been extremely pleased with it. I have been considering purchasing this model for some time having previously bought the Baby Brennan and wanting a source to store some of my collection of CD's . I paired the B3+ with a sonos speaker and, not being the most tech wise person, was very impressed with how easy it was to pair them up. The video on the website has proved extremely useful and am looking forward to listening to some of my long stored away music .

We just ordered a new sd card & it’s working fine now

I purchased a refurbished B3+ 1tb from Brennan. It arrived very quickly. However, the buttons kept sticking inside the unit fascia and it made using any function difficult. I contacted customer service. They asked me to return the unit to them and they would replace it. I decided to pay a little more and purchased a new unit instead, it arrived the following day. It was really easy to set up and connect to my Sonos speaker. The Web interface is excellent for editing, adding artwork and making playlists. The phone app is really good for selecting which music to play.
All in all, an excellent piece of kit. I would definitely recommend the product and the company.

Original SD card was corrupted by multiple power cuts . Replacement arrived quickly and was easy to install. I did manage to make a replacement so now have a spare one as backup

They did exactly what they said they would do. That's more than enough!

Arrived Within Two Days. Loading CD’ s is straight forward.

I ordered a wifi dongle from the Brennan shop and it arrived two days later. The price was very reasonable, too.
