My IKEA order was delivered today by these chaps. They were excellent, respectful and highly efficient.
It wasnt a large order but it was quite heavy and needed 2 chaps to bring it.

I had IKEA furniture delivered on arrival there was 3 guys all with dirty work boots on so I asked as anyone else would could they remove their boots as I didn’t want my brand new light grey carpets turning from grey to black, so the guy looks at me like I just asked him for his right arm and says “no health and safety” which is completely fine I then said ok have you at least got the over slips for your boots or some kind of rugs or blankets to put down again long pause and he says no, so I had to hand ball the whole wardrobe up stairs myself.

Point being surely a professional removals /delivery company would have this type of equipment for the guys to use in peoples houses or the guys were being lazy and couldn’t be bothered to put the relevant protection down to prevent my carpets being stained. All of this at 0715 in the morning not happy!

My Ikea order was delivered today via Breezemount; 7 heavy flat-pack packages.
I reside in a first floor apartment that has two sets of stairs that accesses the property, and not once did I hear a complaint. Both men were polite, friendly and were happy to help.
Today's experience is by far the best I have received from a heavy flat-pack delivery. 10/10.

The delivery itself was flawless. I received a telephone call from the delivery gentleman informing me of their close proximity to my home and an ETA, and they arrived well within the time frame I was given. 10/10.

I highly recommend Breezemount.

Just had 12 flat packs delivered from Ikea (Breezemount) they were very polite and put my bedroom furniture in the bedroom. They were quick and arrived exactly when they said they would. They deserve a huge pay rise, those flat packs weigh a ton.

Ikea purchase from notts store paid for delivery to south leicester.
Call from driver saying running late will arrive later than expected.
Driver calls 30 mins later saying they have run out of driving hours.
Oddly passed our address 10mins later refusing to stop.
I have 3 screen shots of the tracking app showing the driver passing our address. SPEECHLESS!!
Told to call ikea as it’s not the delivery companies issue.
So pleased I took 6 hours off work.
Very poor service, don’t get me started on the difficulty getting through to ikea to resolve.

I recieved a reply to my comments to say that they will do there best a redeliver on the 24 it now 17.15 on the 24 I have waited in all day still no sofas .the service is so poor its unbelievable I also believe that the original post code mix up was IKEA own central delivery depot so it looks as if on the first delivery attempt they tried to deliver it back to where they picked it up from

Breezemount just does not deliver.
I had a delivery scheduled a week in advance. On the delivery day I get the tracking link and follow the van's journey all the way. When it is finally my time to receive the items, the guy calls me and says that they couldn't reach my address. On the live tracker they are still pretty far away, so I ask the guy where they are but I get no meaningful reply, because the driver, wait for it, went about his own business to the nearest store to buy something. We agree to meet in the particular location to get my items (which are heavy should've been delivered to the front door). So I go out there and wait for them. I wait for 10 minutes and get notification that delivery was rescheduled. I call the number to ask them why, and I get the following: their lorry is too big to fit narrow residential streets and they need to try again next time with smaller vehicle. But this is a LIE! You see, I live near construction site, and everyday big vehicles come in and out with construction materials, deliveries, etc. What's more, I've already had bigger items delivered to this address before.
I hang up as I watch a huge 10 tonne lorry passing me by. I bet the guys just decided to call it a day and go home, that's why they rescheduled. My advice is don't use Breezemount if customers are important to you, because that's the stuff they have to deal with. And I hope IKEA stops using Breezemount as their furniture delivery contractor and finds a more descent company.

Tiarnan & Ollie couldn’t have been more helpful bringing the heavy parcels into the kitchen.

My delivery arrived with 2 very pleasant and friendly guys and they put my wardrobes into my room.I was kept up to date of when the delivery would arrive which is a great service . Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you .

Just received a very passive aggressive missed delivery note through the door; "TRIED TO DELIVER TWICE TODAY - CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES - LEFT VOICE MESSAGES"
I happened to be in both times they allegedly attempted to deliver and there was no audible knock or doorbell.
The irony is I haven't ordered anything from IKEA and the customer name on the note isn't mine.

Great delivery. Craig and Paul were fab. Polite and friendly, took care with property and items. Ensured all items were here, found I was missing something, they double checked their vehicle and checked order summary, allowed me to take photo of summary for my reference. They took their photo evidence. Really professional and thorough. I wish all delivery drivers were like this! ☺️

Craig and Ronnie were very pleasant and helpful in delivering the packages to my upstairs room. They were professional and efficient.

Craig and Winston were collecting some return items for Ikea. They arrived a little early and waited patiently until I arrived. They were very polite, helpful and careful when removing the goods. Shame that they aren't delivering the replacement goods.

One of your drivers smashed into my car last week and drove off and left no note. I have ring doorbell footage of him. Disgusted that no note was left as it is a criminal offence. I have email and called you guys and had no response. Next step will be contacting the police.

Craig and Chris were great. Very polite and careful when they delivered the items to our home.

Racist driver, absoloute shocking dumped my Delivery and ran away shameful carrier, i hope Ikea cut all ties with this horrible company shame on you and your drivers, how dare he speak to me with that attitude and talk down to me!
