Delivery was on time and we were kept well informed. There was an issue with some damage done but Breezemount resolved this quickly and satisfactorily.

Delivery was between 14:00 and 18:00
Delivery was between 14:00 and 18:00, got a call about 14:00 to say they were an hour way. Arrived at 14:50. Reece and Brian were friendly and were careful to avoid any damage, both to my furniture and house. Thanks 😁

Excellent delivery
Excellent delivery! I had ordered quite a bit of stuff from IKEA and they took it all upstairs no hassle at all. I didn’t catch their names but they were so good, much better than other delivery services I have had in the past :)

Excellent service
Breezemount delivered some Ikea flatpack furniture for me. The tracking system is excellent and everything went according to plan. Warren, Neil, and Daniel carried the goods upstairs and stacked them neatly. They were courteous and efficient. Much appreciated. Thank you very much, guys!
PS.( a few days later). The opinion described above largely still stands. However, now I do need to mention that while the packages were being brought in, I started to tick them off on my receipt. At that point one of the chaps said " Oh, don't worry. I've already counted everything - it's all there ." I took his word for it and stopped counting. So imagine my surprise that when it came to assembling the furniture, there were 2 major items missing. A wardrobe door was missing, and some drawers were delivered to a completely different address! Therefore I had to spend an awful lot of time and effort sorting this out with Ikea. It was a big hassle. I would therefore advise customers to check each item themselves and not rely on anyone else's word.

I would give a zero if possible as your drivers lie. Informing ikea that a delivery was refused when they never turned up and now we have to wait for a week for a new slot. Watch our social media and company reputation.

Unfortunately, despite extensive searches, we have been unable to identify the reason why your original order was not delivered. I know that there had been some technical issues beyond our control and perhaps these contributed to the problem. I understand that your goods have now been delivered and I hope that this was carried out to your satisfaction, although a lot later that you had initially expected.

I had a delivery from ikea
I had a delivery from ikea a couple of weeks ago. 1 hour pre call was done as said and not long after a mussa van had appeared outside. they two lovely gentlemen Mudasser and ibrahim helped me take all the stuff to my loft without any hesitation and kept a smile from when knocking on door to leaving. Top notch service from these lads and I hope I get them again for my next order!

Great service today by Ronnie and Colin from Belfast. One item was missing from my IKEA order and they took time to double check the order and rearrange a replacement with IKEA.

IKEA delivery
The first time they tried to deliver the key broke in the van lock, so I had to wait till the next day for a re-delivery attempt. The drivers were very apologetic and couldn't fault them. The next day came, and I was given no time slot by customer service, no tracking reference and it was snowing, I had to call up to see if they were even delivering that day and they said no, but they would re-schedule for Saturday. No show all of Saturday. I called up on Sunday and found out they didn't even rebook the delivery for Saturday. Now I am having to wait till Thursday as that is the 'only slot available'. The customer service was mixed, sometime I would get someone helpful but most of the time they were unhelpful, blunt and rude.

I am so sorry to hear about your experience and have looked into the circumstance surrounding your delivery. It is very unfortunate that your initial delivery failed due to the problem with the vehicle and sadly, the inclement weather resulted in a number of deliveries being failed on Friday. I regret that we are unable to re-book these deliveries and must abide by the new dates determined by the supplier (IKEA). Excellent service from Tiarnan and co worker. Arrived within time frame with a phone call beforehand. Was delighted to have a delivery made by a happy and polite person. A smile costs nothing . Definitely recommend them.

Tiarnan Woods and Other Delivery man
Tiarnan Woods and another Scottish man who's name I didn't get delivered my bed today. They were very helpful when I showed them an email explaining I had parts missing they checked through everything and made sure I had what I needed and also helped me move all the items upstairs and explained thr order inch which I had to build the items. Absolute gentlemen the two of them.
