Delivery was on time and we were kept well informed. There was an issue with some damage done but Breezemount resolved this quickly and satisfactorily.

Exellent delivery today of our Ikea bedroom furniture.
Our driver Rob and his colleague (apologies for not catching his name) were lovely respectful fellas, rang 30 mins before arrival and we had a tracker sent by text message to see how far away they were.
Would 100% recommend this company.

Deliveries never arrived with no update
I have two deliveries from IKEA to be delivered by Breezemount. The first order should arrive on 26th July AM but I received nothing from them. No tracking link nor call from driver. I contacted IKEA customer service and they said Breezemount claimed my order had missing items which IKEA confirmed it was not the case. Even if that’s the case, they should either return the whole order to IKEA or arrange partial delivery. I have to reschedule the delivery to 31 July, which largely affects my life.
My second order was no better. Same thing happened. Order was rescheduled to 28 July PM from 26 July. On 28th, no message nor call again.
The delayed deliveries were terrible and unacceptable. I have to live in an empty house with nothing, given that I need move in. All the light mood was gone thanks to Breezemount.

Worst Delivery and Rude Driver
I have ordered a pax wadrobe from IKEA and had the worst delivery experience.
The driver was so rude and left all the packages at the entrance saying that he can’t break his back taking the packages to the first floor.
Told him that as per the T&c’s he is supposed to deliver to the top of choice and told me he don’t care.
Not sure why IKEA is using this incompetent delivery partner.

Rude lazy driver
We had a delivery today, via Ikea and the Breezemount vehicle turned up. The two guys seemed friendly enough initially. We have amount 4 trips with of stuff to take to the 3rd floor. This wasn't a problem as Ikea deliver to any room.
They took 3 loads up and then asked my partner if it was ok to leave the last load in the hallway on the ground floor. I said sorry but no, we would like it all together.
The delivery guy shook his head and huffed at me. I asked what the issue was and he said they are not even heavy. I said that this wasn't the point, we would like everything in the same room please.
He said now you are being rude and just walked out.
We were absolutely shocked by this behavior. Cleary this tactic of doing 1/2 a job worked on some customers but when politely challenged he was so unprofessional and rude.

Taking Advantage of Pregnant woman
Had a delivery from IKEA and the two men wanted me to give them £100 in case of parking fine - even though 1. the property has 15 free minutes and I only ordered 2 bar stools and a mirror! 2. I came to understand drivers are not personally responsible for fines on duty ?
I of course didn’t pay that and IKEA refunded and gave me a voucher.
Breezemount are definitely not sorry because when I called their office they even stopped answering me AFTER telling the drivers they can deliver within those 15 and the drivers refused.
I had a delivery from breezemount on the 28th jan and the drivers carried a custom 4 part wardrobe with no complaints and not even allowed my partner to help them. But those guys were on the 13th took advantage because I was alone without my partner? completely stained my view of the company !

They came to deliver to our neighbour and as they were leaving they drove over the edge of my driveway and drove over the corner plants and broke some of them and did not even bother to stop.

Efficient, friendly, thorough
Craig and Adil were brilliant. They kept in touch and delivered on time. All my items were delivered where I wanted them and in perfect condition. Both guys were friendly and helpful and Craig took obvious extra care to 'check off' every item - I was telling him it was all there but he still counted everything and realised there was an extra bag of hinges. If it wasn't for Craig, I'd be kicking myself! Absolutely would use again.

Don't use Breezemount
Just had the lads deliver 12 pieces of furniture.
I purchased items from IKEA and paid for delivery on understanding that the furniture is delivered to the room.
All items were left in living room.
I asked them to deliver the furniture to the rooms of my choice and they said they don't do that and must leave items in one room.
I was very disappointed because the reason I paid for the service was because it was delivered to the room. I've ended up paying £100 to have the furniture shifted to the appropriate rooms.
One of the delivery men asked if they could use the toilet and I said they could. They urinated without flushing
That's Breezemount for you. Two man mess up

Brilliant - can’t fault them!
Craig and Simon were absolutely lovely, and were very quick and amenable to my having indoor cats and not wanting them to escape. Eveything arrived as it should, and during the time slot allicated.

Let down multiple times
Told me that the truck containing 200 items that had been cancelled 2 days in row because of quantity could now not be deliverd because the truck which is the same size has the bin man's truck which comes down my street twice a week can not come down the street disappointed is an understatement maybe look at employing confident drivers.
Thankyou for your reply Sharon the fellas that did end up delivering it in the third day did so and did do a good job and was jolly, friendly , and understood my previous frustrations not directed at the company as a whole but the individuals i watched drive up my street then tell me they can't fit. For the lads that did deliver my packages would happily have them again great guys
