Ich bin sehr zufrieden, liebe den Duft von Monoi.
Habe zwei Flaschen bestellt. Die zweite Flasche auch Monoi, aber mit dem Zusatz Sandalwood.
Das ist nicht so betörend, werde es aber in meinem Badewasser verwenden.
Es wurde zwei Tage eher geliefert als angegeben und war gut verpackt.

I brought a bandeau bikini top on line and purchased the wrong size. The customer service in helping get the right size to me was excellent and i could not be happier with the product and the service. The top is beautiful by the way, excellent quality and attention to detail. The shine on the top is even better than the photos on the website.

Angeblich 30 Tage Umtauschrecht... - allerdings dauerte die Versendung der Ware schon über zwei Wochen. Kann nur von Bestellung abraten, da der Sitz außerhalb des deutschen Widerrufsanspruchs liegt. Ansonsten ist die Größe viel zu knapp geschnitten und ohne jegliche Formgebung

Trato al cliente nefasto. Me hago la cuenta y añadir al carro unas chanclas voy a hacer el pedido y puse pagar y se me cobraron dos veces y ni siquiera me sale el pedido estoy muy descontenta con esta página.

updated to my review: the items arrived as ordered and very quickly, the communication improved a lot and I was able to call them, the additional charges were refunded and I am happy with the items I purchased. I am not sure how much this is due to the below review, but I had a very good experience in the end and feel that this is a legitimate business and just needs to fix up their IT and responses to bookings/requests for communication.

My card got charged triple for a single purchase. I received no invoice. My bank contacted me to organise a dispute as they believed it was fraud. The official email address is just providing an error message saying it does not exist. 3 days after this issue, I get an email saying my order has been processed. I finally managed to speak to someone and he said he would look into it, but it would take some time. I advised the bank is going to start the dispute in about 8 hours from now and I have screen captured all of the evidence. I requested DHL so there will be a tracking number and I will make sure the DHL person is there to ensure it is not an empty box. The bank have really convinced me this is a known scam, they said the items will never arrive. I wish I had never ordered.
