Dont ever buy from them. We have tried now to return an expensive bikini twice, but even though we write exactly as they ask us to and we do exactly as we are instructed from them, they refuse to receive the package from the courier and then it comes back to us. Then we write to them and they claim it is the courier that has does it wrong and that it is a matter between the courier and us! So dont ever buy from them. We have paid around 70 euros for the bikini and now we have so far spend 35 euros in trying to returning it. So dont buy from them ever. Their return office is also in Poland and apparently it is in an appartment (they wrote us), which is weird since their company address is in another country. This is a scam, dont ever buy from them, cannot warn you enough.

This is the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had! I placed an order on May 21st and a month later I still hadn’t received it! I contact them and they told me I had to wait until the package arrives it doesn’t matter how long, then I contacted them again, back and forth since my package hadn’t moved since June 4th and on the tracking site it said that the item was returned to them! Then they told me to wait 10 more business days so I waited and asked for a refund! After that they still ignored me and when I reached out again asking for a refund since it’s been almost 2 months she told me yesterday that she will ship another order via express and I immediately replied to her telling her how I NO LONGER WANT IT AND I JUST WANT A FULL REFUND! And they have the audacity to send the package today, 24 hours later than when I nicely asked her to give me a refund! They are obviously a SCAM! EDIT: They still haven’t refunded me and they take forever to reply! Also, the order they said they sent is a lie, they never sent it when I clicked on the new order it says it doesn’t exist!

On this site I found one of the only monokini swimsuits that fit my long torso. Quality fabric and fit, however after a couple wears it unraveled slightly on 1 of the side ties. After explaining the problem I was immediately sent a replacement and a 10% off discount code for my trouble. Fantastic quality items as well as customer service!

Franchement, j'avais peur au début mais cette boutique est vraiment très pro. Excellente expérience à l'achat, la livraison, le remboursement, le contact client ... rien à dire.

Purchased some monoi from this shop, they have a great selection of monoi products which can be very hard to find for reasonable prices in the UK, if at all. It is hard to find Parfumerie Tiki soap and bigger bottles of oil including the Pure Tiki. They also have a wide range of Tevi monoi oils as well.

Unfortunately one of the bottles was delivered open and had spilt all over the soap bars. I contacted them and was immediately issued a replacement.

Great service, will definitely be ordering again. And the shipping is only £4.50 from France!

Estoy super desconenta con el servicio de esta página web. NO PIDAIS el aceite de monoi, me lo enviaron en mal estado, (con mal olor, podrido y cortado). Encima no es el mismo producto que esta en la página y viene sin precintar. Cuando les reclamas al servicio de atención al cliente, no hacen ni caso a tus demandas. Una vergüenza de sevicio y de empresa. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Correu tudo de acordo com o esperado: prazo de entrega cumprido devidamente, os artigos são de ótima qualidade, os valores não sendo propriamente uma pechincha conseguem-se encontrar boas marcas com preços com descontos. Já é a minha segunda compra e estou muito satisfeita.

Ho acquistato 2 bikini dal sito, ottimi i tessuti , belli i costumi, ho dovuto fare uno scambio e in pochi giorni mi e' stato spedito il cambio, ho contattato l'assistenza per un mio errore fatto nel carrello, sono stata contattata telefonicamente dalla signora Pamela , gentilissima ,tra l'altro Italiana, la quale ha risolto il tutto velocissimamente, sono veramente ultra contenta, da anni acquisto i costumi su Brazilian Bikini e sono soddisfatta..
