Very friendly and helpful.

I had a brilliant experience purchasing my new car from Brayleys. Kevin, the Sales Executive, was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every detail clearly and made sure I understood everything involved in purchasing my vehicle.

Kevin's excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. I felt supported from start to finish and never felt pressured at any stage. The team at Brayleys provided outstanding service, and I am delighted with my new car.

I would highly recommend Brayleys, and especially Kevin, to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you for making the experience such a positive one.

We chose Brayleys because they had a great selection of cars that interested us. We have bought Fords for many years but had done research on Suzuki Swift, Toyota Corolla and Mazda 3 & CX-30 before we came. To be honest, we were dreading getting a hard-sell salesman, but Kevin was very quick to put us at ease. He took time to understand our needs, pointed out all the features of the cars that he thought met our requirements and we test drove two of them. Kevin put us at ease with no hard-sell and answered lots of our annoying questions! 😄 we went back with our teenaged son to make the final decision and picked the car a week later after it had been thoroughly cleaned, and we were lucky to win the ceramic-coating prize in their spring promotion. We've had a couple of questions since the purchase, but Kevin has been very kind & helpful and answered emails quickly. Probably the best car buying experience we've ever had and will definitely recommend to others.

My experience with brayleys was great, everyone is so lovely and welcoming. i was dealt with by kevin who was amazing and done everything he could to get me the car i wanted, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you brayleys!

Friendly staff, very welcoming, explained exactly what was being done in layman's terms as I have no clue when, it comes to cars. Very satisfied and will be using your services again. Thank you very much!

I had my second service on the 11th last week, and it was a smooth and excellent experience with Brayley’s at Westcroft, Milton Keynes.

From booking and confirmation to dropping off the car, every step was handled seamlessly. The communication was clear throughout—what required attention was explained well, and all completed work, along with future recommendations, was clearly outlined upon collection.

It’s evident that this is a highly coordinated effort between people and technology. A special mention to Brooke Gibson, who was genuinely warm and welcoming, making the entire experience even more pleasant.

All requested work completed to schedule, and communicated to me clearly.

Excellent service from Brayleys for the servicing of our Mazda. Polite and courteous staff in their customer services from start to finish. I can recommend them most highly.
