My car service and MOT were performed very quickly. Staff were courteous and helpful and there is a lovely waiting area with beverages.

Just prior to my annual service I contacted the service manager about an existing problem I had with my offside wing mirror. An appointment was made for it to be examined by the service department, but it could not be fixed and a replacement was subsequently made. Whether it is a sign or not, of the current times, because most garages these days do not seem to communicate with their customers, for example often you cannot speak to anyone and are transferred to a call centre, but the service manager Andy Parkes, phoned me and explained all the options available to me. The wing mirror was replaced, the car was serviced and mot’d and I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and service I have just received.

Honda arranged for my car to be picked up from my home which is a plus . An addition to the service was a video sent by the mechanic showing my car being serviced and detailing what needs fixing. I was given a call by a member of Honda to discuss about what needed fixing prior to them carrying the works . Afterward my car was returned to my home , cleaned and washed. Overall I’m very happy with the service, I have been using the Honda garage in Ruislip for the past 15 years and will certainly carry on for the future.

The overall experience was very good with collection/return and wash/vac. added to the Service and MOT. as per my service plan.
Unfortunately the next 2 year plan does not include these.

recently bought a 2017 Honda Civic Sport Plus and I’m very happy with the car and the service I received.

Adrian provided excellent customer service and made the whole process very easy and straightforward. The car was fully serviced and came with a fresh MOT. I also requested new tyres, and these were fitted before I collected the car.

Such an easy, pleasant experience with this Honda service department. Communication was excellent throughout (very much appreciated the video of the inspection) and Amy, in particular, went out of her way to provide me with as much information and advice as she could. Impressive customer service.

The be st thing about my visit today, was dealing with the lovely Amy, who kept me updated with progress on my car. Nothing like you ,Brayleys’ used to be. I have been coming to you for over 10 years. Coffee/chocolate machine had NO CHOCOLATE. Quite a few people annoyed by this. Awaiting delivery apparently. Having had a six and a half wait for my car, and costing me £1300, it was a shame that no car wash was offered.

I had my car serviced on 14 August 2026. While the customer service team were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process, I was disappointed with the outcome of the service.

I was advised that all brake pads required replacement, which came as a surprise given that the rear brake pads were only changed in February 2026 and the car has covered approximately 4,000 miles since then.

When I questioned this, I was told it was due to my driving style. Having owned the vehicle for over four years and only previously needed the rear brake pads replaced once, I found this explanation difficult to understand and felt it was not adequately justified.

Whilst I appreciate the support from the customer service team, I have concerns about the assessment and recommendations provided by the garage technicians. Overall, this was a disappointing experience on this occasion.

Updated on 25/08/26 - Received a call from Amy on 21/08/26 and was advised that I will receive a follow up email to make a reassessment.
Subsequently, I had already arranged the rear brakes to be independently checked resulting in showing only 40% worn and did not require replacing, however this was done and I have photographic evidence of new pads against the pads taken out.

Was promised that I will be emailed on 21/08/26, however, not received any communication from Honda since then.

Very friendly and experienced. Letting you know what is happening all the time with the car.

I’m disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received. I took my car to the dealership because the air conditioning wasn’t working, and as the car is still under warranty, I expected the issue to be dealt with promptly.

I was charged £180 for the initial investigation, after which the dealership identified the fault and confirmed that it should be covered under warranty. However, it has now been over two weeks with no meaningful update. I’ve had to chase the dealership myself, and despite doing so, I’m still waiting for an update on when the issue will actually be resolved.

The technical issue itself is one thing, but the lack of communication and customer service has been particularly disappointing. I would expect much better communication and ownership from a main dealership, especially when the car is still under warranty.
