Hi on the 9th November 2024 I had an appointment with a sales person at the Dacia garage Milton Keynes I was greater by James who had a very welcoming smile he ask us to sit down while we discussed why we were there and what car we were looking for he was quite happy to show us around all the different models but unfortunately the one we were interested in wasn’t in the show room but James did show us a used one which gave us a good idea what to expect from a new Dacia Sandero journey James also told us there was one being built in there work shop and could be ready within a couple of weeks so we decided to do a deal there and then after some discussion a fair deal was meet and I can only say that James tried his very best to meet our wishes and true to his word the car was ready for collection within two weeks so thank you James for guiding us through the process of purchasing our new car 🚘

Not an enquiry but an appraisal to Craug penistton. I've a fairly old renault wind in good condition. However, next to nothing on Google regarding this renault type. Because of his endeavors, on two occasions , fairly obscure 'Need to Know' results made available to me. Regarding one endeavor my vehicle delivery much better.

A date of convenience was arranged for my cars first service. Flexible drop off time and a call to collect when it was finished. No fuss , good price and as expected all the checks and changes were done and cleaned afterwards. Happy with all of that , good dealer and after care.

We have recently bought a Dacia Duster from the Milton Keynes store, and the process was fab! James supported us throughout our experience, and he made us feel at ease and was also super helpful! It was a 10/10 experience - also they have a fab coffee machine

James Turner was extremely helpful, cheerful and attentive.
The communication was excellent.
Overall a very good experience!

Overall not bad, however it took 2 hours for a vehicle check and cabin filter change which takes about 20 minutes. I also have a light scratch down the side of the car since it was at the dealer.

Just out of curiosity I popped into brayley's Milton Keynes, I was pleasantly surprised how professional they are and there knowledge of vehicles, I decided this is where I'm going to buy my next new car and I did after talking to Tony the sales rep for DACIA...THANKS FOR A GREAT SERVICE

Arranged my annual csr service with Brayleys.This was easy to arrange and my car was collected from home which was really useful. Service carried out efficiently and quickly.Thanks once again for excellent service.

My husband and I have recently bought Mazda MX-30. Tony Hatton (the sales executive) was extremely helpful when talking us through all the options for finance and car choice. The car itself was well prepared and specification exactly as agreed. I'd highly recommend this Mazda salon and will definitely return if choose to by one more Mazda car.

After changing my battery the media unit did not work - I tried entering the activation code supplied which did not work. Booked it into Brayleys MK, expecting it to be in all day but they sorted it within 15 mins - great service - thank you

Both Jack the Sales Manager, and Constantin the Sales Executive, have gone above and beyond expectations and their knowledge of the different ways of getting the best deals is as good as it gets for the Renault Brand. Will recommend to my colleagues and friends. Great location.

This is the second car we’ve had from Dacia now and every time it’s been nice and easy. This time we were dealt with by a lovely sales guy called Kelly. Tony Johnson was a top man when I went to Milton Keynes Dacia to purchase my new car. Very knowledgeable about the Dacia range and had my Stepway ordered in the colour of my choice. (Khaki Green) Car came in earlier than expected and on collection Tony gave me a detailed run through of all the features on my new car. Top Service all around and highly recommended by myself.

Constantin was personable, efficient and communicative in our car purchase. Both used cars in which we’d expressed an interest were ready to test drive at the agreed time, and he was very responsive to our emails.

Joe has been extremely helpful and informative showing us all the ins and out of the Dacia Jogger no pressure at all and a brilliant experience in our new purchase.

I had a brilliant experience at Brayley's! Joe was so accommodating and knowledgeable, he really listened to what I wanted, got me booked at short notice and even came in on his day off so I could pick up the car when it was convenient to me. He let me know all the options but I really appreciate that he didn't oversell anything and I never felt pressured.
