Order came just fine however I overestimated and sized up on my order asked for a refund and now I haven’t gotten any response for almost a week

Products are really good quality for the price. Only thing I could say is it took a while to come but I suppose that's most likely not their fault. Other than that really good.

The fit on the hoodie is very nice the only problem with when it first comes is the fluff from inside the hoodie goes everywhere when taking it out the package and when wearing it but apart from that one of my best hoodies

The oversized joggers are very comfortable and you can adjust them to your preffered style. The oversized hoodie is very comfy too and boxed. Great quality and material also 10/10

Professional scammers…they will take your money and won’t deliver.
We ordered items from them that never materialised. Requested a refund that Mr Tai agreed to, but we never received. Been chasing them for 2 months now but still no refund. They never answer phone…
When we called citizens advice to start legal action we were informed that on the very same day they had had other complaints about this same company and its director.
Legal proceedings are under way and they are being reported to national trading standards.
This is U.K. not the jungle, there are processes to hold people like them accountable.

When I received this item, the packing was wet and damp which already made me unpleased. However upon opening the joggers I discovered there to be lines on both legs, which made me confused as I thought it was going to be plain. The last thing was the size, I ordered a size small and I am 170cm and weigh 58kg and when I tried it on it was so baggy and flared, not like how I saw it on the picture?? The item was extremely long and was poorly sized. I used to think that this brand was good quality and priced well but then I asked other people on the internet and they said the quality isn’t the same and they have gone completely down the drain, not like how they used to be. What I really want ‘Branded ltd’ is a refund for this joke of an item, making me look like squidward or sutttin.

2 tops labels wrong size but quality lovely

size 14/15, sleeves so short and do not fit my small 13 year old, stiching isn't the best either. then to have to pay to return the faulty item.... not impressed

Oh, where to begin with this epic saga of the vanishing quote? Imagine Indiana Jones, but instead of searching for the Lost Ark, you're hunting down a simple price quote. It all started when I requested a quote—naively assuming it would be a straightforward process. How wrong I was.

Day 1: I sent my request and eagerly waited. Maybe they were handcrafting the quote on a stone tablet? Who knows?

Day 3: Still no sign of the quote. Perhaps it was stuck in traffic? I decided to follow up. My email was like a desperate lover's letter, wondering why they hadn't written back. No response.

Day 5: Another follow-up. Maybe they're printing the quote with a vintage Gutenberg press? Still nothing.

Day 7: At this point, I felt like a detective piecing together clues. Did they lose my request? Was there a quota on quotes? Were the quote fairies on strike?

Day 9: I finally get a response! But it’s as vague as a politician’s promise. “We’ll get back to you shortly.” Shortly, they said. I almost believed it.

Day 12: I’m chasing this quote like a dog chasing its tail. By now, I’m wondering if this is just a preview of their service. If it takes this long to get a quote, I shudder to think how long it would take to get the actual product.

Day 15: The quote finally arrives, but at this point, it feels like I’ve aged a decade. I decided to pass on their offer because, let’s be honest, if they can’t even produce a quote without a wild goose chase, I don’t have high hopes for their actual products.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a fun adventure, by all means, request a quote. But if you’re looking for efficiency and professionalism, you might want to keep searching. Or bring snacks. You’re going to be waiting a while.
