Ordered from here around 3 weeks ago, still not received order still not got any updates and still no refund TERRIBLE customer service.

Ordered here and got a delivery confirmation after one day. Weeks went by and got nothing, emails ignored and no contact for ages. Eventually replied to say order was on way. Order arrived and delivered the wrong item. Weeks pass by and no response to numerous emails before eventually advising correct item will be delivered. I’m still waiting for that delivery. Called left voicemails and nothing back. Shocking service and would be an impossible company to deal with as part of any serious sourcing of blanks.

I ordered 2 items from here and emailed for a refund after the order due to the amount of negative things I’ve seen on here about the company , they have no replied to my emails and offer 0 communication, my order has not been shipped so see no reason why I have not already received the refund I am asking for . My order number is #24965 . I expect a full refund immediately

I recently ordered 3 hoodies and 2 joggers. According to their emails the items were going to be sent out on the 19th of September. At this point it’s 3rd of October and the clothes still haven’t been sent out. Really dissapointed if they do not come as i’ve spent over £100

Scammers
They sent a hoodie with stains. When we asked return for a refund they told us to pay for postage and they would refund. We did this and sent the hoodie and they have not been in contact since and of course no hoodie. We will be reporting them today. Avoid at all costs

Best quality for a very good price range - ordered an oversized hoodie and straight leg joggers and were it everyday.

I still haven’t recieved my order and I ordered it 3 weeks ago.

Ordered an XXL and Xl hoodie, in black and charcoal. The black hoodie came but the charcoal one didn't. Instead a brown small was given. It's terrible and I've tried to contact them to replace it and no answer. Absolutely shocking.

Really good customer service, I had sizing issues and had to return and they even let me do 2 returns. Quality is really good when you compare it to similar price range of H&M hoodies.

Gave the wrong size, won’t respond to my dm or email. Poor customer service and second time they messed up my order.

I had a great consultation with Tai, he was very brilliant in explaining the production process and he answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I know I would love working branded.

Awful - still waiting for delivery and I paid £6.99 daylight robbery! Can’t speak to anyone.

Shipping takes a long time still havent received the hoodie and shipping was expensive
