I placed an order for branded…
I placed an order for branded umbrellas, but unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. To begin with, I received another customer’s branded umbrellas along with my order, which means another customer has also been inconvenienced.
I then found that several of the umbrellas I did receive were incorrect — despite Brandability having a design sign-off process in place.
In addition, the quantities delivered were not accurate, and the overall quality is questionable, especially considering I specifically chose and paid for a more premium range.
After raising these issues, I was asked to take and send photos of all the umbrellas before they can proceed with corrections. This has added further inconvenience on my side, particularly as these items were needed urgently for an event this weekend.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I will be looking at alternative suppliers going forward for better service, reliability, and quality.

To start off wih we sincerely apologise for another clients items being delivered. This is not a common occurrance but it is an error that can be made at times.
Regarding the branding being done incorrectly on some of units, this was certainly a production fault however, even though there are time constraints procedures still need to be followed, hence the request for images of what was received, or the warehouse will not do any replacements with out proof.
There is always chance of human error and it is a pity that there was no tme to rectify this matter in the way you had expected.

I did not receive my parcel
I did not receive my parcel. when I track the delivery, it shows it has been delivered at an address in Lynnwood which is not my delivery address on my order. Kindly send my stock ASAP.
