I'm usually quite good at spotting scam websites but I got caught out this time! As soon as I tracked the order I spotted the Chinese origin.
I waited 3 weeks for a fake pair of Adidas trainers in the wrong size. £60 down the drain!

Didn't send my parcel twice! Fully scammed! Buyer beware! They then ghost you on all communication platforms.

Just awful, avoid!

The customer service has been appalling!! I ordered a pair of shoes over 3 weeks ago, and my parcel has not arrived. I have contacted customer service via email several times and they just keep telling me the parcel has been delayed and is in transit, to wait a little longer. I have waited long enough! The tracking info they provided doesn’t work. The money has been taken from my account and 3 weeks later I do not have a product. When I asked about how to get a refund, they ignored this and just said to wait as the parcel is still in transit. I would like a refund. I would like to get my money back so I can buy a pair of shoes elsewhere. I feel at a loss as I don’t think they will ever refund me and I don’t think the parcel will turn up. Very poor service! Order from this website with extreme caution!!!

I bought a pair of adidas Sam smith brain dead trainers
Took a bit longer than they said they would but email them asking what's going on and there response was quick received them a few days later

Sent wrong size. Do not accept returns. Keep offering discount

I ordered some 4 weeks ago this company has not responded to my email! Totaly disappointed as now time has passed ! I will call my credit company and maybe they can help disgrace

Do not trust this company, order was not delivered despite the tracker showing that it has. After reviewing the tracker it appears to be coming from china. Avoid this company at all costs.

Trainers arrived 4 weeks after ordering and were fake and very poor quality despite costing £60!
Soles completely wrong colour and fabric coming apart.
Clearly made in China.
Box fake.
Shoes fake.

This company is a scam.
Do not purchase from them.
Ordered a pair of trainers, when arrived they were cheep fakes and wrong size.
I'm now asking for a refund but no one comes back to you.
So wrong on so many levels

So legit I couldn’t quit

I ordered what was advertised as a genuine Adidas item from this platform, but what I received was clearly a fake. The quality was nothing like what you'd expect from Adidas and the sizing was wrong.

I contacted customer support, but they refused to apply their return policy that is clearly stated on their website. When I insisted, they stopped replying. So I wam now stuck with a product that is too small and not waht I ordered.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BRAMIL0 - THEY SELL FAKE GOODS FROM CHINA AND DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

Firstly it took 20 days to receive the (fake) Samba OG trainers - which were incorrectly sized. I tried to follow their "returns instruction" which gave a German telephone number which was constantly busy for 12 days. I tried the email address they gave for "returns authorisation" and guess what - the email bounced back with the message No such domain.

I eventually got a reply from the info email address shown on the SHOP app stating that they do not offer returns as their address is in CHINA. They offered 30% refund and allowed me to keep their "fake trainers" which were useless as incorrectly sized and looked to be about 3 sizes too small for me.

The goods are clearly fake. Trainers and stink of rubber.

I had a feeling this company was a scam, I wish I had listened to my gut.
I ordered a pair of trainers and they are yet to appear. They’ve told me they were delivered to my home (the tracking app says they’ve been delivered from china to Germany), not to the uk.
Had I known these were coming from china I wouldn’t have ordered them. They present as a German company.
Will wait to see if they give me a refund.

Fake goods - I received trainers that were incorrectly labelled and sized when i contacted Bramilo they refused to accept a return offering a discount or a replacement - the trainers are obviously fake and the company a scam - stay away!!!!

Would not allow to return the product for a refund all returns are to China at customer cost. After complaining they openly told me “they don’t claim their products are genuine”! No where on their website do they mention this.

Terrible customer service going against what they have online for return policies. I ordered 2 pairs to make sure sizing was accurate and when I asked to return a pair they are unwilling to accept this, offering me a partial refund instead. If you use them make sure you know what you want and only order what you need otherwise you’ll be out of pocket!
