If i can give BPI a negative rate i would love too. I was trying to reset my password after updating my mobile number and it's been 3 days but i haven't receive the OTP!!!! I just want to access my online banking! I gave everything that they asked me to for the security purposes but it seems that their system is very poor! Poorest of all the poorest! I am so disappointed! When i tried to call them they kept me waiting for 30 minutes which cost a lot of money for me because i am working abroad and i'm calling their international hotline! Even BPI chat services is useless!!!!!!!

Poorest of the poor customer service hotline ever. Wasting my time many times always answering machine and repeatedly the options. Try to improve your customer service hotline bpi for those people or customers need assistance Immediately.

I seldom write a review,but this one need to be to be written to acknowledge and give credit to those men and women who tirelessly and honestly do their job to serve their clients.
I had some problems with my account of which I am at fault, these involved a sizable amount from my savings....while my fault,the employees of BPI BONIFACIO branch in City of Biñan did hard work to resolve my problem to my favor that I had my money back.

Really annoying bank to do Bussiness with! Online is not very user friendly! A bunch of crooks!
Really bad bank to do business with
Really bad bank to do business with.
Last year, their agents drained my phone battery with constant calls to open car insurance policy with them. And now, my policy expired and no one even informed me about it in advance or offered me new one.
I have been trying to make new policy for a week already, and their agents are of no help at all. Just delaying it constantly.
Also, I transfered and exchanged lots of money with this bank, through my wife's bank account. And then when I tried to open savings account with them, they did not allow me.
So I went to another bank, and that bank is doing their business really great.
No more BPI for me, really bad experiences with them.

This is the worse bank I have never seen in my life. Nothing is working properly, there is always an issue with the transactions. Very very disappointed. I will never advise a friend to have an account in this bank.
Bad experience in hotline services
Magandang araw po. Wilson Buan po mula sa Dubai UAE. Pasencya na po kayo kung sa mga comments ako ngmemessage, napakatagal ko na po kumokontak sa BPI customer service nyo at naghintay ako ng 20minutes - 12 minutes at 20 minutes pa ulit pero hndi po ako sinasagot at puro waiting lang. international call po yun. my emergency po at kailngan ng padala ko pero hindi pumasok sa account ko sa BPI. kailngan ko lang po sana ng tulong. or at least do some improvements sa call center nyo. baka po pwde makahingi ng tulong..salamat po.

I have requested my bank documents over and over again. Provided authorization for the fees and filled out their forms. Their indicated process time for my requested document is 2-3 days… it has been more than a week. I have been passed around from person to person all of them asking for me to the process 2-3 times. I am waiting for my documents so I can move my business to another bank. It is terrible. I am going to use a foreign bank after this
Extremely Slow
This bank is always, not exaggerating, always slow. I have been to the branch in Daet and 2 branches in Naga. In every case, the line was long and the wait was long. In comparison, we also bank at BDO. The wait at the BDO branches that I have gone to is always reasonable.
BPi is super rubbish
BPi is super rubbish. Transfer your money to other local bank as soon as you can. At some point you will experience BPI’s awful service. They will try to take money from you as much as they can. They don’t value customers at all. They will reply to any negative comments here with a standard reply asking how they can help you but they will not do anything that will help you.

I CALLED THEIR HOTLINE AND NOT EVEN THE GIRL WHO ANSWERED DOESN'T HAVE ANY SOLUTIONS ON THIS, SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANY INFORMATION BUT TO TELL ME IT'S CLOSED. SHE SAID THAT BPI JUST RANDOMLY CLOSES AN ACCOUNT! BPI IS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. NO SOLUTIONS EVEN OFFERED ON YOUR PART.
Inconsiderate to customer situation
Frustrating to know that the company are not gear to make transaction customer friendly. I am overseas and no chances of getting my ATM but personally going to the bank. Disappointing given the technology we have to verify such identity.
