Terrible fit. Waistbands that don't lie flat. I'm glad these were discounted as they definitely weren't worth full price.

Silk boxers are amazing, but, the satin boxers are incredible the fit, the quality and the feel of them, can't fault them at all. I will definitely be ordination more sexy feeling underwear very soon. The ordering process and delivery was excellent

Not what they used to be paper thin the quality has gone down and price has gone up thread hanging from them seams not stitched properly need to sort it out at those prices

Unfortunately your parcel wasn't delivered to me by Royal mail, they sent a photo of their delivery, but it wasn't in my building, so haven't a clue where it is, im disabled so im well annoyed!
No disrespect to BOX you are fabulous, just Royal mails problem!

Every order I have ever placed with Box has been amazing. The sizes fit extremely well and I’ve never had an issue, except once but that was down to me being a bit optimistic with sizing. If you measure yourself correctly, they’re spot on.

And I have to say, their “Mens [Colour] Briefs” are phenomenal. I’ve never felt support like it.

The way the ribbed vests sit on my is exceptional too.

This order was to order 4 more sets of stuff I’d bought over Christmas including the briefs and vests I’ve mentioned above.

Look as good as on pictures. Super comfortable. Definitely gonna buy more.

The delivery was fast and discrete. Singlet are good quality and very nice look.

Les briefs sont super, elles ont une bonne qualité et sont très agréables au toucher :) J'ai pris plusieurs types et j'ai pas encore tout testé mais cela s'annonce parfait :)
Le délai de livraison est correct et le point relais moins connu donc il y a plus de marche à faire pour les récupérer haha :) Mais globalement, une super expérience !

The product quality was well below expectations. When I contacted customer service, the response felt scripted and inflexible, with no attempt to review the issue or request evidence of the problem.

Refunds or exchanges were declined outright. This was particularly disappointing as many other underwear retailers I’ve used would at least assess the item or offer a return in similar circumstances. Based on both the product quality and the lack of meaningful after-sales support, I would not purchase from BOX again.

Just terribel. Already waiting for 2 months for a response on a problem with my order. Customer service does not seem to exist. Would recommend to never order here.

STAY AWAY ! This brand is a complete SCAM! They run their sizes large and refuse to exchange a sports shorts that clearly displays in their sports shorts category. Instead, they treat it as underwear just to simply not exchange it. You’ve lost a loyal customer, but now you have an anti-advocate for your brand.

Not a recommendation!
Have bought two styles of briefs in the same size according to the size guide but they are completely different in size. The difference is so big, that one of the styles fall down. Even after sending photos to Box they do not accept the large difference, and it is not possible to either return for a smaller size, or a refund.

Can’t recommend underwear. After a month of usage the labels are already pilling off. However the more annoying part is after ordering a few pairs in the same size, all of them seem to have different sizing! Went with the size guide but all of them seem too big and feel weird. Disappointing that size differs so much between different models and styles Won’t be ordering again.

Great service. Managed to fix an error I had made with my order when it had already been picked in ten warehouse. Really went the extra mile so thanks!

I had a little problem with an item not send in a big purchase in the last black Friday, they reply quickly and send me the missing item as soon as possible free. Furthermore I will say the quality of the products it's amazing.
