Ich habe im November zu black friday bestellt und bis heute nichts erhalten, jetzt aktuell hängt die Sendung wohl im Zoll fest.

Customer service scheint bei weitem überfordert, es gibt eine Standard Antwort und dann scheint das Kontingent an Worten aufgebraucht - beim ersten Mal ghosting habe ich dann irgendwann über Instagram eine Antwort bekommen als ich mehrfach auch dort nachgefragt habe. Dann gab es wieder genau eine Antwort auf meine Mails und dann wieder Stille.

Ich werde jetzt versuchen irgendwie das Geld für diesen scam zurück zu bekommen. Wurde überhaupt je etwas versendet?

I am one of the big fan with Box Mens Wear but I just recently ordered a decent amount of purchasing almost $400 I really love Box Mens Wear then I've been ordering with them several times over the years one of their particular product is Kingfish transparents boxer brief 4" witch I really love it in each time I order this kind of underwear no less than 25 pairs,

But recently I ordered in late November last year I get them pretty quick I think I got them on December 8th I believe by the way I live in the US but the product that they sent it to me come with the different Packaging usually they packed in the beautiful paper but this time it's come with the plastic Packaging wich I don't mind that but the color is Look totally different from every time I order from them it's look more like yellowy creamy color instead of pure white bright color like I used to get from a few years ago from them,

I reach out to them as soon as I received the product that not the same as an advertised on their official website I've been talked to them and explaining to them even sending all the picture order number and explanation all kind of detail why I'm not satisfied with the product because the color is not the same as the website advertising I think Mr Luke just send me back through email said over the years the manufacturer has been changed the color most slightly different from a few years ago I was like that's not quite right to me if you cannot provide the same exactly pure bright white color like you advertised on the website so then you shouldn't advertise that color then you have to say creamy color instead that make me super disappointed I lost hope with them and I hope this is maybe the last time I will support and buy a product from them it look like they send me the one that been in the stock for a long time or they send me a very old one I don't understand as all I'm so disappointed hopefully my reviews will help other consumer to extra careful about ordering their product make sure you get what you paid for thank you,

Quite a few times I have used Boxmenswear and they never let me down. Always have the size I want, loads of options to choose from, from colours to style. Packages always arrive quick and discreet, and the customer service team are always very friendly/helpful with any enquiries.

This is the first time I’ve ordered from this company and for the most part I’m happy with the items except two jock straps that do not fit me correctly and they will not let me send these back even though I have not worn them. So if you order a size that’s incorrect and it doesn’t fit you you’re just screwed. That’s horrible customer service. So I guess you just need to have a crystal ball knowing what your size is because not all sizes are the same. So I would shy away from this company, their customer service is very poor and very unprofessional.

Ich habe drei Unterhosen online bestellt und mich an die angegeben Tabelle online gehalten. Diese stimmt scheinbar aber nicht, die Unterhosen sind zu groß. Jedenfalls habe ich dem Support geschrieben, die Antwort die kam war eine Standard Antwort sorry aber Pech gehabt kann man nicht umtauschen. Auf meine weitere Mail wird nicht geantwortet. Nie wieder !

Unfortunately I got items of very poor quality. I contacted them for return but they have a zero return and refund policy.

Brought a selection of 4 diffrent briefs and got a mystery gift as well which i brought very pleased with the material the design and colours.

Articles de bonne qualité et accessibles grâce aux promotions perpétuelles.

Mais aucun service client, j'attends depuis une semaine un retour suite à un article manquant (évidemment le plus cher de la commande...).

Du coup quand on paie pour des articles qu'on ne reçoit pas, la réalité de la facture est bien plus chère.

I ordered some underwear and normally all good. To get free postage i took a chance on a mystery pair £6.99. I ordered lovely coloured briefs, but lucky dip was a baggy old pair of grey loose boxers!!! I will use them to wipe my counter down! I wish I had paid postage! Don’t waste your money, order what you like and not what they need to get rid of!

Box heeft een prachtige collectie met heerlijk zittend en goed passend underwear, loungewear en sportswear. Mooie en spannende ontwerpen met voldoende ruimte in het kruis en vaak ook om de rondingen van billen te accentueren. Daarnaast een heel erg goede en vriendelijke klantenservice. Verzending is accuraat en perfect verpakt!

The briefs are very good quality, fit super well and look amazing. This is the second time I ordered them to fully replace my other underwear. The previous ones are still in great conditions and very durable.

Well made, perfect fix, good value when on sale, produce the 3X size for us larger athletes - a rarity in the underwear business, great color selection

The clothes were just as described - well made and finished - and arrived promptly
