I've taken a look into your order and do see that your order is due for delivery very soon. When we pass our orders to our courier for delivery, we trust they will deliver in the timeframe promised. In the case of your order, you have opted for standard international delivery which takes anywhere from 7-18 business days to be delivered – we have also made due efforts to communicate this in our product, checkout and shipping policy page. I've looked into your order and I do see that you opted for express delivery which typically delivers within 7 business days. As per the order tracking, the delivery was completed on May 12, 2023, one day after this review was written.
