I selected a present for my wife ordered and paid, was given a tracking number which didn't work and then my order was lost, Box Avenue should use a better courier. Terrible would not use again.

Fast delivery. Easy to use website apart from the delivery option switching from store to home without me realising.

I paid the extra charges for next day delivery, even when I was eligible for a free standard delivery because I needed the items for a trip on a Monday. The delivery failed on Sunday because apparently the address was incorrect, sent back to the sender and arrived the day I had already left on my trip. So the fact that I paid extra, wasted my time waiting the entire day for it unable to receive it, did not receive my delivery on time, and then had to go through the hassle of coordinating with my neighbour to take care of it while I was away...just because someone couldn't address it correctly...a waste of money.

Never usually had a problem with Boux Avenue but with this order I paid for a box and never received it

I’ve tried several bras over the years and have never found one that is comfortable until I ordered the Jessica Lace mastectomy bra. So much so I placed another order the next day. The only small issue I had was the cup size was slightly too small. I wear a 32FF, so I ordered a 32G on my second order and that was definitely better

I brought my side piece a set of your pjs as part of a bloody boo basket ale kept banging on about! Was a decent acquisition as they took a lot of space saving me cash on other tat. They fit her well and she wears them like she’s John Wayne entering a new town. They are pink, fluffy and quite girly what more can you ask for

Ordered 2 pairs of briefs to match the bra i ordered and only 1 pair arrived. Customer service was great and refunded the amount, but now i will have to re order them and pay P&P. Shame customer services cant re order them for me.

Samukelisiwe at online costumer care is very good and she was lovley but one of the staff members at watford who is middle aged with black hair was very rude and passive agressive. Luckily ny issues was resolved thanks to Samukelisiwe.

Unfair treatment and scandalous accusations regarding a return – BEWARE!

I am absolutely shocked by how this company treats its customers. I returned three bras in pristine, brand-new condition (only tried on once) the exact day after receiving them.
Shortly after, I received a scandalous email from their warehouse team claiming that my parcel contained "heavily used tops and shorts from another brand." This is a complete and absolute lie. The parcel I sent contained exactly the items I ordered and received.
I have officially demanded full photographic and video evidence of the parcel-opening process at their warehouse, along with images of the shipping label (to verify the recorded courier weight) and the condition of the packaging seals. So far, no credible evidence has been provided. If a mistake happened within their sorting facility, or if an item was swapped during transit, the responsibility cannot be shifted onto an honest customer.
I have already escalated this matter directly to PayPal to initiate a dispute. If this is not resolved immediately with a full refund, I will be reporting Boux Avenue to Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Safe yourself the stress and shop elsewhere. This company's return practices are deeply unfair and defamatory.

I made an order as it was my fiancés birthday and I wanted to treat her to something nice, I specifically asked for the items to be wrapped separately they weren’t. I also payed for the nice little touch of added petals in the gift box and it didn’t come with any at all. Probably won’t order from here again.

Underwear beautiful and excellent quality as expected. Unfortunately sent via Royal Mail - waited a week and had to spend 50 minutes waiting on phone chasing delivery. Boux should reconsider their delivery team as have dropped down from usual 5* because of this.

Ordered two piped pyjama sets one delivered with only a top. Missing pyjama shorts sadly Boux unable to send out replacement shirts! Disappointing as full set that did arrive excellent quality and a brilliant price

I have always loved beautiful lingerie. In fact for a few years I was a bra-fitter and spent half my wages on gorgeous lingerie sets. Unfortunately I have been diagnosed with breast cancer and had a mastectomy three weeks ago.
I saw the most beautiful pink lace mastectomy bra on your website and sent off for it in the hope it might cheer me up- it’s gorgeous and fits really well. Obviously it’s not the same fit and look as my collection of underwired balcony bras but it’s lacy and pretty and has given me back some confidence.

I put my order in and it had been accepted they said they were instock so i paid got an email confirming my order and that the next step was delivery only for a couple of days later to get an email saying my order has been cancelled s they didnt have any of my order. Apparently this happens regular boux avenue you need to sort out your shopping on line as lots of orders get cancelled it has put me off ordering from yous again
