The quality of the product is very good, very spacious. It has many pockets inserted that will help with organization. It's an amazing backpack overall, and it feels and looks long-lasting.

Came all the way here to warn everyone not to buy anything from here. Charging shipping both ways if you're unsatisfied with a product. It's 2023, you're an online retailer, customers are spending $80+ on an item sight unseen, and no return label? Basically paid $20 to look at the bag for 5 mins and realized that it sucks. Terrible customer service. No attempt to make things right.
Very Dissatisfied
Unfortunately I have to give 1 stars after nearly 3 years of using the prima systems.
Let’s say I was disappointed at first as well, since when I bought backpack, it took nearly 4 months to arrive. But since it was during the pandemic, I accepted the delay.
Once I got my bag, I was very happy to use. Well turns out that the material on the inside do the straps and the back, generates quite some friction, when in contact with jackets.
So now I’m here with an expensive backpack, that ruined my jackets.
Just stay away from these products.

I came here to write a review about my experience buying from this company. But it seems everyone has had the same experience.
I made an offer on the 22nd of December. I’ve emailed Kailey several times and have not had any specific details as to what the issue is. Just that “we’re working on this”.
This is verging on just simple robbery.
Boundary Supply, you are categorically the worst company I have ever bought something from in my life.
Do not buy from them.
Due to the problem with their shipping, I'm going to have to cancel my vacation.
Identical experiences to those of other people. I have placed an order. The automatic confirmation has returned. They deducted money from my credit card. There was no shipment confirmation provided. The website states that the item is "in stock and ready to ship." In point of fact, it will take me longer than three weeks to mail out your orders. While I was writing this review, none of my orders have been fulfilled or mailed out yet. Due to the fact that I do not own a backpack, I was forced to call off my vacation to Switzerland. It's a significant financial burden for me.
Bad Product
despite all of the bad communication. I'll focus only on the product I bought Prima system. I have to admit the only thing that is good about this product is the design. the rest is very sucks.

1. Heavy af cannot really use it on a daily basis
2. material is very bad. Everything feels very hard. Everything breaks down quite easily. IT IS NOT A DURABLE BACKPACK LIKE WHAT THEY CLAIM.
I got it on 13 September 2019. It has been 3 months since the warranty expired, and the back looks like it has been used for 10 years despite I use it like once every 2 months for shopping.
All in all, don't buy it. You can get a better and cheaper one.

No response from service after three attempts. No other contact information. It would appear they are out of business or just really bad at business. Avoid.
Ordered August 23, nothing shipped as of September 30
They must have screwed up in late August. I ordered the x-pac errant sling when the email came that it was in stock. I used the "try-before-you-buy" program where they don't charge until 5 days after you receive it. As soon as I went through checkout I got a notification that they charged me. I got someone on chat support quickly and they said that it was just pending until the end of the trial period. A couple days later the charge posted card and started accruing interest. About a week later I still had no tracking and contacted them again by email. They said there had been a "technical issue" but assured me that there was inventory allocated for my order, but said nothing about the charge. I contacted them about 3 more times over the next 2 weeks asking what the deal was, why it hadn't shipped and if they were going to refund the charge and bill again after they actually shipped. No reply. I told them that if they were out of stock and said I didn't mind waiting for a restock but asked that they apply the 20% off coupon they'd sent me to the order. No reply. The last message I sent them I had given them 3 weeks and said that if they weren't going to respond I'd have to go ahead and file a chargeback. No reply. I gave them an extra 2 business days and then saved all those emails and the chat to a PDF and uploaded it to my bank as evidence for the chargeback.
I understand logistics issues and problems with new tools like the try-before-you-buy program, but you can't take the money and just quit responding. Just say "hey, sorry, we had a technical issue. It's going to be X amount of time until it's back in stock. If you want to keep the order, here's a discount or an extra item or something. If not, here's a refund and a 20% off coupon." Chargebacks are expensive for a merchant. You don't just lose the transacted funds, you get hit with a fee for the chargeback, and you risk getting flagged for fraud by card companies. If you don't respond to the customer at all, you have nothing to send to the bank to argue against the chargeback. You have to be immensely incompetent to handle things the way they have for all these people who are leaving reviews about purchases from late August on here.
No communication, delayed shipping
It's disappointing to have to write this, because I really like their products and have been using my Boundary Supply backpack for a couple of years now. After ordering a different product on 24 Aug 2022 (after getting a 'back in stock' email) it's now been over a month and the product hasn't shipped still. Apparently I qualify for their VIP club now, i'm assuming based on my spend, but they just aren't replying to emails or tweets and giving no information on when I'll be getting my order. Delays happen, that's fine, but they're just not communicating at all. Has really tarnished my experience and I won't be using them again.
Shipping delay issues
Shipping delay issues. I have two running orders right now. One ordered on August 22nd and the second one on August 24th for separate items. I have contacted info email and received no communication back. I followed up with another email and again nothing back. Been 2 weeks approaching a third week with no communication. They were a good company last year and fulfillment was top notch during a pandemic but this year is not it.

I was really excited to order my backpack and kept an eye on the website until the item was showing in stock. I ordered it on 23rd August and my card was charged £279 on the same date.
It is now 9th September and despite emailing them 4 times (3 of which have gone completely unanswered) I have no idea when my bag will be dispatched. This is totally appalling customer service especially for the prices they are charging. I requested details of how to initiate a refund as I'm not happy to wait indefinitely to receive my bag (I need it for a particular event) and again this has been completely ignored.
They have taken my money and do not appear to have any intention of shipping me a bag. AVOID.
Terrible experience
I ordered a backpack through their “try before you buy” option which according to their website won’t charge me until 5 days after delivery. However, my card has already been charged the full amount.
The item hasn’t shipped and I emailed them multiple times regarding this and still haven’t heard back. It’s now 9/8 and no shipping updates or responses through their customer service inbox. Awful experience and terrible customer service.
Would never purchase anything from this company and suggest avoiding at all costs.

I've placed 2 orders. I could not be more frustrated. Waiting and waiting and waiting. Web site says "in stock and ready to ship". Nothing!! crickets. Not acceptable in the world we live in. Really fed up.
After three years of intense use I can…
After three years of intense use I can finally review this product. Briefly, it is not worth the price. Re durability, many parts, especially zippers, broke down really fast. Re usability, the backpack is too tight, the top inside pocket limits the loading capacity; the back part doesn't get properly ventilated; it is too heavy wrt to materials quality and durability; the bottom pocket, that meant to store clothes/shoes, is not usable as there is no space to put things inside. For a lower price you can get really more in terms of quality and usability.

Very bad customer service no updates till had to request few times so easy going when product not made destination will tick off item fullfiled and when pursued futher say somehow landed somewhere and not able to deliver
Questionable Durability
Bought their Errant backpack maybe 3 years ago. Used it almost daily for the first year, then maybe once weekly in the previous 2 years as I started working and brought a work bag instead. Since then, the zipper pulls (not the zips, but the material they attach to it) has all broken off, the layer on the top has been damaged. I know these things don't last forever, but although they felt really sturdy when I first got them, they didn't stand the test of time

No doubt the bag is functional, but it is VERY HEAVY. Who likes to carry a heavy bag (without even putting anything in yet)?
The coating material is very poor in quality. It looks nice when you first got it.
Until when you start using it, it’s not durable at all. My zippers and the base (all the mat coating material all over the bag) are broken/tearing off!
I am experiencing black flakes all over the place when I put my bag on a chair, floor or table. It’s the breakdown of the mat coating material which WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER. What’s the point for making yourself feeling embarrassed when you place your bag on a clean floor/chair/table with all those breakdown of coating falling? For the price, you could actually get a cheaper bag and change every year. Probably even durable than Boundary Supply’s. Mine can’t even last for 2 years.
Super Slow Order Fulfillment
Update to my earlier review:
My bag arrived today, October 28. The bag is great. Totally satisfied with the product. The customer service rep I was working with has been great. I bumped up my review from 1 star to 3, because of the service and the quality of the product. My comments about the fulfillment center are unchanged.
The product is solid, and the customer service is great. That said, I would still be wary of ordering products from Boundary if you need them by a certain date because of the issues with their fulfillment center.

I can’t speak to the quality of their products, as I’m still waiting for my order to ship. I placed my order on September 25 for use on a trip departing October 16, and as of October 14 have still not received a shipping notification. This is after communicating with a CS rep and being assured that he would contact the fulfillment center and that the order would “ship tomorrow” on three separate occasions. Boundary Supply’s website indicates that handling time is typically 2-5 days. We’re at 14 business days today.
This has been a pretty disappointing experience. There’s clearly something in their order fulfillment process that isn’t working.
I’m sure their bags are solid, but if you need something that’s going to ship in a timely manner, I’d suggest looking for a product from different company. If it’s ok with you that your order arrives whenever it arrives, give it a shot.

1 out of 5 stars. I ordered the Arclite Sling back in October 2020. It is now September 2021. And after looking at the site again, I noticed that it now says arrival will be "mid october". This is one of many delays.
After reaching out to them earlier in the year, to inquire if my product was on track to be shipped January 15 2021, they DID offer to ship me a color that they had in stock...but not the xpac that I ordered. They told me it would arrive by freight in April. I decided to wait. Because I wasnt planning on traveling until September.
Then came the next Delay, which is where I question their integrity. In April I followed up and learned of another delay, this time until May. (Note that I followed up, they never sent me a notification of their delay...i am always reaching out to them). When I asked why the delay, they stated it was because of customs in California was taking a long time. So in their words, it was here in the United States...but was waiting get past customs. I did believe them because another product from another company told me something similar about California(a product I have since recieved).
Fast forward to JUNE. They apologized for the delay and said "The restock ocean shipment has been further delayed"....which means either shipment that they said was trying to Clear Customs in California went to other people but me.....or it never arrived in the first place and they just straight up lied to me.
It's one thing if there is a shipping delay. There are shipping delays all over the world even with my kickstarters I am in....that I have also recieved...that went by ocean freight.
And again, I have to be the one to reach out to find out whats going on, they do not voluntarily send out a notification about my order like other sites. And they recently changed their sites to now had shipping time frames. That have changed every single month. And apparently is on track to ship in October. Apparently. One year later.
I am sure if I ever get the product it will be great. But for now, if anyone asks me if I would reccommend buying a Boundary Product I would have to say no.
And again. I get shipping delays with Covid. But I as a customer that has already paid in full for a product should not have to consistently reach out to find out about a delay.
Even Entertainment Earth will send a periodic update. All I get are ads to buy new products from.them

I ordered Prima system
I ordered Prima system, an expensive option that i thought i will get it next day.
The company claimed when i placed the order that shipping and delivery for international shipments between 10 - 14 days.
Now it has been more than a month and the tracking number they provided does not show anything.
I wanted to buy one more bag once i receive my first order, but now for sure i will not, and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I believe now all the reviews on Youtube and social media are fake and does not reflect the truth
One more thing, they are ignoring my emails. very bad service
