The quality of the product is very good, very spacious. It has many pockets inserted that will help with organization. It's an amazing backpack overall, and it feels and looks long-lasting.

I ordered a Duffle and a bunch of accesories back at the beging of November during the black Friday sale. Everything I ordered said It was still in stock one of the reasons why I ordered so much was living in the uk the shipping is quite high for small orders so wanted everything in one hit. I knew from reviews their shipping can be slow especally around black friday and christmas but was happy to wait.

About a month after I placed my order I emailed boundary asking about my order as it haddent shipped to which I was told that the duffle I ordered in tan was out of stock but they would "upgrade" to the x-pack for free If i'd like which was nice. I didn't want the x-pack and was then told that they had some black kodra ones come back in stock which I could swap to and I was happy to do so, after no response after a week I followed up on the order and I was told that due to it being a internationl order they would cancel and I would have to re order to get a diffrent colour. Upon trying to re-order most of the accesories had gone out of stock so I can no longer get the setup I wanted

Now the icing on the cake is they apear to have discontinued the duffle in kodra so I can't get it at all

I ordered a backpack from their online store on December 1st. After several days without any shipping updates, I reached out for information. They replied that there had been logistical issues and assured me it would be shipped by the end of the week. Another week passed with no shipment. I asked for updates again, and they apologized, confirming it would be shipped the following week and delivered before Christmas (as it was meant to be a gift).

After all these repeated delays, the shipment was finally made on December 24th, with delivery expected after Christmas. Throughout this process, all I received was a 10% refund despite numerous requests for updates. This is unacceptable from a company that sells backpacks at a premium price.

I can't comment on the product itself since I still haven't received the backpack, but as for the company, I absolutely cannot recommend it due to its lack of professionalism.

I was not sure about this bag, reviews weren’t great! I hesitate to buy for weeks I’m a sling bag pig 🤣. I have over the years needed to carry meds sometime change of clothes my IPad and some times my 13 inch laptop. Very comfortable with a full pack. Love the magnets that compress the bag went not full.

They organized a kickstarter for a product which never arrived. This happened to many people. Communication is terrible. They scammed hundreds of thousands of dollars.

After doing a ton of research, I finally decided on the Errant Pro X-Pack from Boundary. It was a bit of a mission to find because it was sold out everywhere, but I managed to snag one from a distributor in Hong Kong who was able to ship it to me quickly.

When it arrived, I was thrilled, but I noticed one of the fid-lock clasps was faulty. I reached out to Boundary Supply, and they were on it right away, unfortunately they didn't have any replacements in stock as they bag is on backorder for months. They suggested I try reaching out to the distributor for another bag, and offered to re-imburse them, unfortunately the distributor was un-responsive, and it didn't work out.

Boundary Supply didn't leave me hanging, though. They offered a few solutions to fix the issue. I landed on just buying a replacement fid-lock and installing it myself. When I told them, they went above and beyond and sent me the tech bag I'd been heavily eyeing, completely free of charge for my troubles.

Overall, I'm thrilled with my experience with Boundary Supply and my new Errant Pro X-Pack. Despite the initial hiccup, it's a fantastic and stunning backpack, and Kailey from their customer service team was top-notch.

I bought my Prima System back in 2018 and it has been, hands down, the best bag I've ever owned and I'm a bag snob. It's been up and down mountains, everywhere I've travelled all over the world, to and from my office every day and has been as comfortable and practical as I could have hoped.

The organization is perfect, not too much, not too little. I've never had an issue with the bag until the zip on the side pocket finally gave out after 6 years. I took it to a local tailor and they were unable to help so I reached out to Boundary and their customer service got me set. I really couldn't ask for anything more from this bag or from Boundary. I recommend them to anyone looking for a solid bag that will last.

The company guaranteed no extra fees or duties at checkout, and contrary to that I was charged exorbitant amounts (100% the purchase price) in taxes and duties upon receiving my purchase. After contacting their customer service, they gave me the run around before ghosting me altogether. The bag was actually not bad, but not perfect either.

Two weeks after the order, I sent an email having not received shipping information. I was told they were delayed and would ship in 48 hours. 2 week later, I follow up and no news at all.I never get shipping track number. Also they say some item was not available but is already available on web site. The order has never be sent and no solution founded. Christmas gift is dead. Boundary Supply clearly has terrible customer service, logistics, and support.

Placed an order 1 month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Customer support answered once to say they would ship asap and then nothing for more than 2 weeks.

The following week I reach out and was given a USPS tracking number that sat idle for over a week without any information or actual shipment. The order has now missed a trip it was needed for, and won't even arrive before the holidays. Even if the bag is any good, Boundary Supply clearly has terrible customer service, logistics, and support.

Horrible quality product on the Errant backpack. The nylon waterproof coating starts cracking and peeling and within 4 years of very light use, it’s virtually unusable. Customer service is nonchalant about this and really can’t be bothered

Ho malauguratamente acquistato uno zaino da questa azienda, pagandolo oltre 200 euro, pensando che al prezzo corrispondesse la qualità. Mi sbagliavo di grosso. Dopo solo 2 mesi di utilizzo leggero, lo zaino ha graffi e strappi davanti e ai lati, e dopo solo 6 mesi è venuta via una delle chiusure magnetiche.

Dopo aver contattato più volte l'assistenza clienti, le risposte che ho avuto sono state:
1) ti mandiamo una chiusura magnetica di ricambio (che però io non saprei riparare)
2) ci mandi a spese tuo le zaino in US per farlo riparare (a costi assurdi chiaramente)
3) Ti mandiamo uno zaino di rimpiazzo dagli USA, ma devi pagarti tasse, dogana, e spedizione.
Il tutto mentre lo zaino era ancora in garanzia.
Ho lasciato perdere e ho buttato lo zaino. Vi consiglio di stare alla larga da questi prodotti, che sembrano ottimi ma sono di qualità davvero pessima.

The products are fine, but the shipping is a headache.

Simply amazing. Both the quality of the product, and the customer service. I bought a couple of Boundary items that were supposed to go together. Note: bought them from a retailer, not directly from Boundary. Attaching one to the other didn't quite seem to work well. I took pictures and sent them to Boundary customer service via their website. Got a quick reply from Kailey, who said that one of the items is from a newer line, and the other is from the older. Boundary offered to replace one item directly to make them match. Absolutely free of charge. Two months after my purchase. Love the quality. And I didn't think such customer service existed anymore!!

Bought a used bag from someone and it didn't come with a waist strap. Couldn't find anyone else selling it online so I emailed Boundary Supply they responded back and said they'd be happy to help. I was able to get the strap super quick with no hassle. Awesome gear with even better customer service. Thanks for being on top of it Kailey! Great service.

To right a review it’s easy if you deal with the bests you get the best! All items so well made the thoughts are in the detail !!! I got the sling x pac and a lot of accessories from boundary and I am just happy ! After all the searching from tumi to code of bell they got me for me good. And if you have questions Kailey from the support gives you all informations you need. No joke they are just so much concerned that you get what you want.Awesome and a big thank you from Germany to boundary supply

I've just received both of my orders this week (Errant Pack, PK-1 Packing Cube, MK-2 Camera Cube, Port Kitt, HT Key Clip). The products are fantastic, I really love them so far. The quality, the looks and the materials are all great, the bag and all other accessories feel premium and sturdy.
I also liked the packaging. The order came in a resealable plastic bag (so if you want to send it back you can do so in it's original packaging) with Boundary written on the outside. Every item separately packed inside a zippered linen bag.

I'm just starting to use the bag and the accessories, so time will tell, but based on the first impressions i don't think there will be any problems.

For the orders to be shipped did take some time, but I don't think it was that terribly long to rase any alarms. (I had 2 orders, the last one was made May 5, 2023 and i received both of my orders May 23, 2023. I think that's normal especially for an international order, but you can decide for yourselves.)
Also it came 3 days early according to the date provided by DHL.

Based on the negative reviews here I was a bit worried, so I did reach out to their customer service many times (also I'm pretty indecisive and made a bunch of questions prior to my order).
They replied to and helped with each of my annoying questions every day. In my opinion that is an exceptional customer service.

So to sum it up, I love the products, the customer service was great, and the shipping time fairly normal.
I would recommend buying from them!
